The Perfume Shop - Redditch 97 Arvostelua 

I ordered Jimmy Choo perfume online; this also included samples two samples of perfume from a small selection. My order arrived within the advertised delivery timeframe and there was two additional samples of perfume also included. Great service.

Just been in to the Redditch shop as looking for a new perfume as I’m really fussy, I only like sweet and fruity and have struggled to find one . A girl called inaya I think her name is was absolutely fab! So helpful . She recommended all the perfumes that would suit me and spent time with me selecting . Sprayed them on a card and wrote the names on. She recommended I wait for it to settle on my skin of my top 2 for 20 minutes and she was so right and I finally found a fragrance I love !

Matt gave excellent customer service and was really helpful to help me find what I needed in store today.

Matt was fantastic, he was very patient and helped me find the exact fragrance I wanted, as it needed to compliment a branded body wash. He also helped me find a great deal on the fragrance too. Matt’s customer service was the best I’ve experienced in a long time.

Whilst Christmas shopping at the Kingfisher Centre, Redditch, I dropped into The Perfume Shop in the hope of being able to compare the fragrances of two short-listed Dior Eau de Parfums (Sauvage & Homme for men), based upon their fragrance when applied to my skin. I had hoped that such a test would enable me to make a final selection from which to make a purchase with a budget of £100.00. Having explained the reason for my visit to the assistant, I was supplied with two paper strips, each one having a different parfum applied. Unlike a tester on the wrist however, this did not enable me to assess how each scent would perform when applied to my skin chemistry, so I left the shop without making a purchase. Has skin testing gone out of fashion?
Disappointing.
