The Perfume Shop - Newport 290 Arvostelua

This evening Friday 16th January 2026 I visited The Perfume Shop in Newport Spytty Retail Park. I was served by a lady called Lisa who in my opinion is a great asset to company.

She was extremely helpful. She actually cared for what I was looking for and in my opinion was honest in all of her opinions. She dealt with me in a professional manner despite the shop being busy.

I ended up leaving with a new bottle of aftershave for myself and I felt comfortable dealing with her.

Top marks ‘Perfume Shop’. Give Lisa a pat on the back from me.

I will be sure to return.

My time in the perfume was more than pleasant. The lady I delt with was a fantastic help and I could not have survived the experience with out her. Since this experience with Michelle and the help she supplies I have been back twice more and have spent over £600 , thank you again Michelle spending time to listen and help at your busy time. Mike.

The aftershave I wanted was not stocked in store, but it was ordered and ready for collection (although I could have had it delivered to my house) within 3 days. Lovely customer service too.

Staff were very helpful, the item I wanted was not in stock but the assistant placed the order and it was delivered to my home the next day.

I had a wonderful shopping experience at the Newport store. Renata was very welcoming and friendly! I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and will certainly come back soon.

I visited the Newport Spytty Retail Park shop today and was served by Michelle who I believe was the General Manager. She dedicated so much time and effort to my 9 year old son who has ADHD as he was looking to purchase his first ‘proper’ aftershave and was very particular about what he was looking for. He asked Michelle so many difficult questions which she did fantastically at answering and he was so satisfied leaving the shop with his chosen aftershave as well as some samples which he has decided he would like for Christmas. I cannot tell you how grateful I am that she had so much patience towards him and was so kind in nature. Not only did she make sure my son was satisfied, she also included my daughter and allowed her to feel involved in the process too. Her colleague working with her too was also fantastic. I am so grateful for people like this in the world and I believe she is an absolute credit to your organisation. Thank you so much Michelle, from myself, Harri and Ayla!

the staff at your Leeway Retail Park store, are amazing. they always help with my enquiries and are always happy to help.

The friendliness and knowledge of the staff.
I went in for one perfume and came out with two, there were so many to choose from. The staff gave me lots of options and were very kind. Service with a smile. 😀

We visited the Perfume Shop in Spytty Retail Park in Newport South Wales. Lisa was extremely helpful and friendly and explained clearly about the offers that were available on the products we liked saving us over £100.00. Thank You.

We were assisted by Michelle today who was extremely helpful. We even received a free candle to match the perfume.
