Hello Fish,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I am sorry to hear that the fragrance was not what you were expecting and that you were disappointed with its scent and performance.
I completely understand how disappointing it can be when you are looking forward to trying a new fragrance, only to find that it does not match your expectations or suit your personal preferences. Fragrance is very personal, and I appreciate that what works well for one person may not be quite right for another.
If you would like to discuss your experience further, please reach out to our Customer Services team via the Contact Us section of our website. They will be happy to review your concerns with you and work towards a satisfactory resolution if appropriate.
Thank you for choosing The Perfume Shop and for sharing your feedback with us. We value your comments and hope we can make your next experience a better one.
Kind regards,
Logan

Visited Meadowhall 2 store (near the Next store). I had a few questions about a particular product. Alisha was most helpful in answering my queries. Purchased with confidence. Will definitely visit again when looking for a perfume or aftershave.

I went into the Perfume Shop on the…
I went into the Perfume Shop on the bottom floor across from Primark in Meadowhall (shop No 2) on Saturday 4th July around 3pm. I was looking to purchase some perfume, however when I asked the young girl assistants they ignored me and carried on chatting. I asked again but got no response so I left. If this is the way forward with the young of today I find it very rude. If that had been me in my workplace I would have been reprimanded for that kind of behaviour. Doubt If I will shop there again.
