Livingston Branch
Visited the Livingston branch yesterday to grab my partner some aftershave for his birthday. Both girls in the shop were super welcoming as soon as I got in. Sophie took her time and let me smell some scents before I made my decision. Wrapped my aftershave like a pro (one less job for me!) Interactions like this always make spending money more enjoyable.

Excellent customer service.
Excellent customer service at this location. I visited the store to purchase Emporio Armani Stronger With You Intensely on behalf of a friend. Both team members were incredibly professional, but I want to specifically commend Kim for her helpfulness and generosity with a discount, as well as her colleague for her polite and welcoming demeanor. They create a fantastic shopping environment.
