I was looking for perfumes to serve as gifts to my loved ones back home. I had no idea what I was looking for. I shyly approached the counter and spoke to TPS staff Geanina. She was so helpful, attentive and patient with me. She helped me test the samples and gave me a quick run through of the latest products and promotions, etc. In the end, I finally found and bought the perfumes I needed. Thank you, Geanina! My experience was excellent!
My experience was excellent. The service was incredible. I was served by Brenda today at Kilburn High Road and she was so cheery and she really knew what she was doing. She never got impatient when I kept asking to test more perfumes and when other customers came over, she managed to divide the time between us without making us feel like we were waiting. I can only rate 5 stars because it’s the limit but I would rate more if I could. Highly Pleased!!

i visited the perfume shop at Kilburn…
i visited the perfume shop at Kilburn and was served by a lovely lady called Brenda.
even though there were several people waiting to be served and she was the only staff on position ,she has a cheerful smile on her face, as she acknowledged customers waiting to be served. she was polite ,composed and cheerful.
