Went in today with an idea in mind but asked for a few suggestions from Lin - she presented me with some great ideas, talked me through them and was very patient in letting me make my mind up, something I’m not used to when browsing fragrances! Ended up leaving with a new scent I’d never seen before and very happy with it.

She listened to what I wanted, shared her expert knowledge and managed to secure me the best possible deal.
