Top tier customer experience
I went in to purchase an aftershave and had a great experience, Esther went out of her way to ensure I had a good experience and wrapped my gift perfectly and the personalised ribbon was really the finishing touch, customer service was perfect. I’ll definitely be returning.

I've never been to this shop before and was feeling a bit out of my depth, a very friendly staff member came over to me and helped me choose out a leaving gift for a colleague, she was really patient, approachable, and knowledgeable, and helped me decide on what to buy.
