Hello Claum,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review.
I am sincerely sorry to hear about your delivery experience and completely understand your frustration, particularly as you paid extra for Next Day Delivery and still had to make your own way to collect the parcel.
Where Royal Mail has attempted delivery but is unable to complete this, the parcel may be taken to a local Post Office or Royal Mail collection point so that it can be collected rather than being returned into the Royal Mail network. I appreciate that this was not convenient for you and apologise for the inconvenience caused.
If you have not already contacted our Customer Services team, please reach out to us with your order details so that we can look into the delivery charge for you and investigate what happened with the delivery.
Once again, please accept my sincere apologies for the frustration and inconvenience caused.
Kind regards,
Jasmyn
