Company Should Improve More, Big SCAM Alert. They Are Eating Points I Have Proof How They Are Cheating Points. My Points Is Still In Review Since 2 months 14 days or 10 weeks 5 days From The Date of Survey Taken on Date 24/Aug/2025. I Had Raised Support Ticket Regarding Issue For Points Pending But They Simply Reply We Are Working On It And We Had Escalated Issue But They Are Not Adding Points. 4000 Points Still Pending My Panelist ID - 18851153. Date - 24-08-2025, Points - 4000 Consumer survey, Survey ID - 228758

I asked The Panel Station to stop sending me messages but they keep sending emails and newsletters. Refusing to remove my mail adress from their website. Even though they told me « you are no longer a registered member of panel station » i KEEP RECEIVING THOSE MAILS weeks after. Do something

Cheating people keeping points in review for more than 8 months never credited ie making a fool out of you.....

Panelstation is a scam. You won't receive a single survey for months, but instead, you'll be spammed with extremely annoying emails several times a day. You can't even unsubscribe from the emails; they will persist until you block their domain with your email provider. Panelstation massively violates GDPR, doesn't answer data protection questions, and it seems as if deleting your account doesn't actually delete it. Stay away, they're scammers and spammers!

I have more than 9 thousand points on hold on this site and it's been more than 2 months since I've been able to redeem a reward.

Just another victim of wasting my data and time. All they do I collect your personal data and ever since I registered I can confirm that they share your personal details and you get inundated with calls and worst of all, they screen you so no matter the survey, you will not make the quota to withdraw... super sad thinking about well they advertise themselves...mxm

TBS has robbed me of my hard earned points
I have accumulated 44k points from 2 yrs of completing surveys and all of sudden the site decided that the points have expired without any prior notice or email notification of such rule!!
I found this new rule to be implemented at the beginning of this year (2025) and without notifying their members and converted old accumulated points into useless coins just to steal our earned points!
this was once a good survey website but now surveys are very scarce and after stealing my points I wouldn't recommend any body to join here

As soon as you ask for a payout they will close your account, avoid this platform.

i have notice you pay other countries AIRTM and Paypal but why giving us Nigerian Vouchers instead of what we earn ... i don't want to spend my money on shopping i didnt do the survey just to spend the money on Jumia, ruffnthumble, twiceasnice ...

pay us in cash not voucher because you pay india with cash and uSA

Le panel vous retire des points à leur guise . Les réclamations sur le sujet sont traités un mois après sans explication concrète. Même pour se désinscrire, la procédure n'est pas claire. Je vous conseille de fuir ce panel

The app is legit and provides you the voucher but after you complete a survey it goes to pending section and it takes 2 months to get your points and also the points can be rejected and you can't do anything. Also after you redeem your voucher the company says they will credit it in 5-6 days but sometimes it takes up to 1 month so it is very slow at this fats moving world. Next is your choice.

I would like to say just waste of time. There are many points in review even after 1 year. I am not sure when I will be able to get these point in order to request for rewards. Maybe after 5 or 10 years.

TPS has always been one of the lesser survey providers - it's always taken a VERY long time to earn enough point to cash out, and the cash out can easily take 2-3 months. After obviously changing ownership sometime in the last year, it's gone from bad to worse. All survey links result in a "It looks like you were in a hurry! TAKE YOUR TIME TO CAREFULLY ANSWER" error page, the Quick Polls are designed poorly so that their actual results are meaningless, one can't edit one's profile easily or at all, the OTP doesn't work, and overall the website is clunky and feels like its a holdover from the early 2000s. All in all, don't waste your time with this site - it's not worth the time and frustration, and the time it takes to generate any actual income works out at pennies on the hour. It may even be that the site is now used by scammers just to harvest emails and personal data like phone numbers; I don't know that for sure, but given how little functionality the site actually has, it seems likely.

Da più di una settimana non riesco a raggiungere la mia dashboard. Faccio il login senza problemi ma mi chiede di inserire il mio numero di cellulare per l'opt. Inserisco il mio numero corretto ma non mi arriva alcun sms. Faccio svariati tentativi invano, non arriva alcunchè. Contatto l'assistenza che dice mi ricontatterà entro 48 ore e invece sono spariti e il problema persiste da settimane.

Oggi sono arrivato all' ennesimo tentativo di cancellarmi da questo obbrobrio... Compilati tutti i campi per la cancellazione, premendo il tasto Unsuscribe non avviene nulla e le loro mail continuano ad arrivare. In quanto ai sondaggi stendo un velo pietoso.
