They claim the parcel they tried and failed to deliver to me was destroyed by Evri. Evri say this isn't true and the item was returned to them. theOuterior are refusing to refund me. I have reported them to Shopify who they use to run their online retailing. Do not purchase anything from this very shady company. Yihang Wang is the director and the Manchester correspondence address has another 92 companies using this address.

Shed arrived with parts missing have tried emailing to no response / no refund given

Hi everyone please read the reviews of this company before parting with any money. They sent me a damaged shed dumped at the back on my property and now won’t except it as a return. Going from offering me 10-30% discount. They probably buy them damaged and then sell them on as new. Do not use this company.

SCAMMERS!!! Paid £200 for two lights, arrived damaged. Sent and email explaining the situation and that I need to return them. Got a response 5 days later asking for a picture which I immediately sent and then thats it, 6 weeks later and 20+ emails with absolutely no response. Im stuck with two smashed lights and £200 out of pocket. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Horrendous ! Customer service is zero, no communication whatsover, no email response or phone !!! avoid avoid avoid

This company only delivered half the order when challenged thay asked for photos which where sent was asked if we wanted a replacement or refund opted for a refund still no refund this has been going on from April it was for a greenhouse it's a bit late for one at the end of August this item was bought for my daughter not very happy to say the least

Ordered lights. Still awaiting delivery over 5 weeks later. Requested refund at which point they confirmed the lights are in the uk and the courier attempted delivery!!! The courier never attempted delivery or to contact me despite having the correct postal address. Still waiting for refund after 4 requests!!! Shocking customer service.

Outerior have provided me with a faulty product. I complained within 2 days and provided video evidence . I asked for a refund. They have refused and are offering me less then 50% in compensation and have told me to get a welder to fix the product. By their own admission on their website , the product as I have been given it is dangerous. I get 1 line responses back written in very poor English . I have explained my Customer Rights but am being ignored.

I purchased a Waterproof Outdoor Patio Garden Furniture Cover for our patio table and chairs from "theouterior company", Having previously bought a similar product from a different company I thought I would give them a try. When the product arrived it was not as I was expected and was not fit for my purpose. (albeit there is nothing wrong with it). I emailed the company and suggested that I would like to return it. Instead they offered me a 20% credit to keep it, having already explained it was not fit for my purpose and I wanted to return it. This debate has being going on for the last few days and the offer is now 40% credit and still keep it. They don't seem to understand that I do not want the product and no matter what the discount it is not fit for my purpose. Very frustrating dealing with them, hence the need to put a note on trust pilot.
Hopefully they will resolve my issue so that this comment can be updated.!!!
2 days on - The proposed credit has increased to 50% but they still don't get the point that I do not want the product!!

This is a Hong Kong based business so the website is just a front for cheap imports. we order and egg chair that is dangerous as it has been manufactured incorrectly and four months later they still wont offer us a full refund which is typical for chinese based businesses. Avoid at all costs. The real company behind this appears to be GrandVoyage HK Holdings Limited

Terrible company, bought some outdoor waterproof furniture covers, they have holes in the seams so not waterproof at all. Customer service are always quick to reply I'll give them that but so far have insisted I keep trying them with seams raised, seams lowered seams padded out. I never knew there was a wrong way to put a cover over some furniture. Terrible product very frustrating customer service.

Ordered a lamp. They sent wrong one. Slow response to emails then offered a refund but I don’t want to give them my details. Communication has been so poor I’m now worried they are just a scam company. They have two weeks to send correct product and then i intend to report. Fancy website. No clue.

Wish I'd read the reviews. Just bought a bike that says 7 speed in the headline,the description and spec. However it's a single speed with no gears. Have had many emails asking to return and a refund but still no resolve. Buy cheat, get poor quality. Trading standards next.

Still no response from Outerior!! Still have a £200 box of 'metal bits' that was sold to us as a patio heater!!

No response to emails/chat box because of missing parts - this company is an absolute joke - AVOID AT ALL COSTS - no consumer should be treated like this. It is a travesty that they are still allowed to trade - shocking service.

Like other reviews about Theouterior.com, we had a problem with a product and wanted to return it. After intermittent replies from them and then being ignored I contacted PayPal and started a resolution claim,after a long drawn out process. I was able to return the item to an address in the UK(they tried to make return it to China) and was promised a refund. In the end I was awarded the refund from PayPal. Please think twice before purchasing from this company and if you do pay via PayPal.

We ordered this greenhouse and, when we got around to constructing it, found that there was one ‘window' piece missing. After asking for a replacement piece to be sent out (and sending a photo) we were ignored. Intermittent replies aside, we tried to contact their telephone number which is not answered, with a full mailbox or turned off completely. We have been completely disregarded as customers and £200+ out of pocket. Do NOT use this company. Absolutely the worst service with ZERO customer service.

Was delivered a faulty barbecue. Have been trying to return for a refund for nearly two months and my emails are being ignored.
