Tim,

Now that’s what I’m talking about!

“Professionalism and knowledge…”...check! “Dedication to help and teach…”...double-check. “Integrity and honesty…”...mic drop! Here’s the scoop on why you nailed it:

Pros at the wheel. You feel the professionalism because our crew lives and breathes market mechanics—no improvisation, just precision.

Teachers first, traders second. Your interest is peaked because we dive deep into the how and the why...you’re not just pressing buttons, you’re building muscle memory.

Integrity in every interaction. From day one, we’re transparent about risks, rewards, and the roadmap. No surprises, no smoke, all mirrors.

We’re fired up that you caught that trifecta of excellence...knowledge, dedication, honesty.

Buckle up, because this ride’s only getting started!

Dick...you read my mind.

“Know about TheoTrade!”...that’s not just a suggestion, it’s a rallying cry. Here’s why you...and everyone else...needs to sit up and get to know TheoTrade:

We break it down with surgical precision. Remember those reviews about “great detail”? We’re talking step-by-step clarity so you never feel lost in the weeds.
Honesty is our currency. Folks say “honest people,” and that’s because we call it like we see it...no smoke, no mirrors, just straight-up guidance.

Community fuels success. From newbie to seasoned vet, you’re joining a crew that rallies behind each other...because trading’s a team sport, not a solo sprint.

Seamless experience. Our platform practically greets you with a warm handshake...“very seamless,” as one member put it—so you can focus on making moves, not wrestling with tech.

Education that empowers. We don’t just hand you signals and vanish. We teach you everything you need to know...foundation to fine points...so you own your wins.
So yeah, you need to know TheoTrade...because we’re pros who care, a community that’s got your back, and a system built to deliver.

Let’s get after it.

Hey L.D.!

We love the vibe on your review.

Easy? That’s what we aim for. Thirty days to kick the tires and see if we’re the real deal? That’s the kind of open-door, come-on-in attitude we like.

Here’s the promise: we’re gonna work our tails off to wow you, to deliver the goods, and to make sure you know this isn’t a fling...it’s the start of something great.

We want to earn that spot in your trading toolbox for the long haul.

Paul,

You had a little iPhone hiccup...hey, we’ve all been there. Those things have a mind of their own sometimes. But you stuck with it, stayed cool, and now you’re in the system, soaking up the goods from Don and the crew. That’s how pros do it.

We love that you’re easing in with intention...handling business, closing deals, paying the bills and leveling up your trading game. That’s what we call a multitasking machine. Welcome aboard, Paul. We’re fired up to have you with us.

Let’s make some magic.

CJ,

First off, we hear you.

This isn’t the experience we want anyone to have...especially someone who showed up early, ready to roll, coffee in hand, calendar set, and then…boom, frustration. We get it. And that’s not okay with us.

You’re right...you should be getting access seamlessly, and if that didn’t happen, we want to fix it fast and personally. Reach out to us at support@theotrade.com or call 1-800-256-8876 and press option #1. No bots, no runaround...just real people who care and want to make this right.

Let’s get you back on track and show you why those reviews exist in the first place.

Paul,

You said it!

Don shows up like clockwork...with heart, hustle, and a game plan to lift the whole room.

The guy’s like a trading Terminator, but instead of chaos, he’s dropping clarity, confidence, and killer spreads. He wants people to win...and you felt that. That’s why we do what we do.

Thanks for riding with us. Let’s keep pushing forward.

Chris,
Boom! There it is.

Great detail? That’s our love language. Honest people? That’s the crew. Great community? That’s the TheoTrade family, baby.

You just summed it all up in three lines like a poet with a trading account. We see you, we appreciate you, and we’re glad you’re here.

Let’s keep stacking knowledge and crushing trades.

Tom!

You get it. You see it. You’re a value guy. I'm a value guy. We could’ve done business in the '80s, shook hands over a golf cart, sealed the deal with a wink. But here we are—in the 21st century—crushing it with TheoTrade. Appreciate you taking the time to drop five stars on us. That’s like giving us the championship belt in the Valueweight Division. Respect.

Stay sharp, stay trading.

Randy. My man!

Seventy-seven years young, two honor students in the house, and you’re strapping in for round two like it’s the Indy 500. That’s not just inspirational...it’s legendary! You’re not dipping your toe in; you’re cannonballing into the deep end with conviction, strategy, and a game plan built on experience. That’s not luck…that’s grit with a side of Don Kaufman.

You’ve seen the storm. You’ve weathered it. Now you’re climbing back in the cockpit with $15K on the runway, $10K in reserve, and your eyes locked on that $30K altitude. And we’re here for every second of it. This isn’t wishful thinking. This is Randy Terrazas running a calculated mission with TheoTrade as co-pilot.

So yes...Gentlemen, start your engines.

Let’s get to work.

Now that’s what we’re talking about. You just nailed it. Experience, education, coaching—boom, boom, boom—we bring the full package. And hearing that you're “very very happy and satisfied” isn’t just music to our ears, it’s a full-on symphony.

Retail traders deserve top-tier tools, real-world strategies, and zero fluff. That’s the TheoTrade promise, and it means the world to us that you’re seeing the results.

Thanks for the kind words and the trust. Don and the whole team are fired up to keep delivering the edge retail traders need. Let’s keep raising the bar.

IT Veteran—first of all, can we talk about that username? Absolute legend vibes. We’re picturing you in front of a wall of monitors, calmly outmaneuvering markets like it’s just another Tuesday. Love it.

Now, onto your first trade—welcome aboard! You nailed it:

The “100” is part of the option's OCC code, representing 100 shares per contract. It sometimes sneaks into trade instructions when copied over, but it’s not something you need to act on.

“Buy 1” does indeed mean to purchase 1 contract—so you're spot on there.

Appreciate you jumping in with both feet. Keep the questions coming—clarity leads to confidence, and confidence is the name of the game.

Let’s keep it rolling, IT Vet. You’re in good company.

Roxanne! You just made our day. Seriously—this is the kind of feedback that gets high-fives flying around the office.

"Dependable and useful information"—boom, that’s the foundation. "Helps traders make money over the long run"—boom, that’s the mission. And the fact that you’re now using the techniques on your own? That’s the home run.

At TheoTrade, we’re not just here to teach—we’re here to build confident, independent traders like you. Thanks for being part of the crew. Let’s keep stacking wins together.

Hi Pia,

Saw your review and wanted to jump in right away—first off, thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. Sounds like you're just trying to find the 3 weekly trades, and we want to make that as easy as possible.

Here’s the play: shoot an email to support@theotrade.com and ask for Brian—he’s the guy, knows this stuff inside and out. Or if you’d rather talk to a real human (refreshing, right?), call us at 1 (800) 256-8876, press 1, and ask for Todd directly. He’ll get you taken care of.

We’d love the chance to earn back those 4 missing stars. You matter to us, Pia, and we’re here to help.
