Theory Arvostelua

Excellent service, managed to book my test at a sooner date than I could get on the GOV site. And offered fantastic support directly when I had any queries. I would 100% recommend them to anyone who wants guidance and fast booking access to thier Theory

Very good no problem Very helpful and things done fast

They answered my question very quick and very helpful

The communication was extremely quick answering all questions. They were also very polite in all aspects from start to finish. This included changing some details of mine which they promptly did.

Very good customer service, they answered my emails quickly and were ready to help wherever they could.

Perfect, co-operative, good material

Utterly useless and incompetent customer service that hasn’t improved in three years. Back then, I had to complain because their website was a mess, and they charged double the official price for a theory test. I passed my test back then, but not thanks to them, I had to use another provider.

Since I haven’t been driving, my theory expired. I tried to rebook through them, forgetting the nightmare I’d had before. Multiple attempts failed because their website simply doesn’t work. I raised a ticket—
,no response. £47 pending payment, basket still full, booking never confirmed.

Today, Monday, I booked instantly via the official gov.uk site for £23. They are a waste of time and money, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
They don’t even deserve a single star. Just look at the reviews, most negative ones mention the same issues. This company should be shut down and reported to the DVSA. I plan to gather everyone affected so we can make sure these scammers are held accountable.

Their service is prompt and coherence. Really helpful.

Gone above an beyond what I expected highly recommended

A very lovely service with a personal touch. I failed my first test and the staff gave me great encouragement and promptly re-booked my next test.
Thank you

Honestly they have helped out so much more than I thought they would plus they responds to emails quick and also help with resits

Would definitely recommend

Great service from start to finish. Booked a theory test which I need to pass very quickly. very helpful with booking a test center fairly soon and also have a free retest policy which is very helpful. The study material they provide is great and plenty of mock tests to get you ready.

Easy website and great help team

Booked my test I failed once already and the rebooked and awaiting my next test very happy

The company makes it easy for users to use when it comes to booking a test that is undeniably important. The company also provides plenty of information and has an excellent support team, would definitely recommend to others.

I like the fact that u can have as many mock theory try’s as u require to pass ur test

Really helpful with their Pass Protection Guarantee and a really good way to book your theory test!

The theory academy have been very helpful with all the help that they provide for your theory and also for making an exception for me with my pass guarantee as I had forgotten to rebook my test within the required time frame. 100% would recommend to anyone booking their theory test 👍
