I ordered this deodorant once. I have now been charged and sent two more orders that I did not place. When I reached out to them, they said they can’t start the refund process because there’s no order number. How can I have an order number, if I didn’t order it!?!? Now they are ignoring my emails, and I have to get the bank involved.

Scam company!! It’s not true they’ll refund your money. They won’t even respond to your emails. Their product was so irritating and I don’t even have sensitive skin. DO NOT BUY.

I’m on my second order of this product, and while the delivery is incredibly slow, the results are fantastic. After just two weeks, I’ve completely eliminated body odor. I can wake up the next morning feeling fresh and odor-free. The product doesn’t stain clothing, and it’s completely odorless on its own. I noticed that the second bottle had a label indicating it was made in China, but the performance was the same as the first bottle. So I decided to look up the product and was surprised by all the negative reviews. Anyway other made in China its been a good product

I don't usually leave reviews, but this experience warrants one.

I decided to give their product a try, but unfortunately it didn't work as advertised. When I contacted them to make use of their 90-day money-back guarantee, their AI support agent conveniently couldn't locate my order.

I've followed up multiple times since then and have received no response whatsoever. At this point, I have little confidence that anyone intends to honour their guarantee.

Based on my experience, stay clear of these scammers!

SCAM COMPANY.
Fake 90 day money back guarantee.
Nonexistent customer service.
No replies to emails if you are dissatisfied.
Oh, and the deodorant doesn't work!

This product doesn’t work for me at all. I began reaching out within about a week of using the product and have now reached out multiple times (maybe around 10 times now with ZERO response) for a refund based on their money back guarantee. I posted a comment to this effect and they are blocking all negative comments apparently (I simply said it doesn’t work and I would like my money back). They have apparently blocked me from their profile after that honest review.

Extremely disappointed in their customer service. I ordered 6 weeks ago and it still hasn't shipped. I emailed them twice asking for the shipping date or a refund and I was not responded to. Not impressed.

terrible product, does not work. tried contacting them multiple times but received no answer. and they are lying about the guarantee.

I initially received communication from the company but never received my purchase. No replies to my emails asking for assistance, even when I advised I would be noting them as a SCAM.

Was willing to try it even though it's expensive because they claim to have a hassle free money back guarantee. Well I emailed them 3 times to start a refund process and they have ignored all of them. So I'm out like 40 dollars for deodorant that doesn't work. Do not buy!!!

Never got mine and they ignored all emails until I had to do a chargeback. Nonexistent customer service...or just a plain old scam.

This company is shady. They do not reply to emails, they will delete your comments from their social media account. They rely strictly on AI content to produce pictures/fake testimonial videos. Overall, very disappointed both with the product and with the people who run this company. Don't get fooled, the packaging is pretty but that is it.

Nowhere on the site does it say where the deorderant is actually made. They only say "formulated in Canada". When I received the deorderant, the packaging said made in China. I reached out twice sending different emails requesting a refund. Their website stated that if you're not happy within 90 days, you get your money back. Zero questions asked. But so far no answer. Feels like a scam.

EDIT (March 25/2026): They finally refunded me after I sent multiple emails within a 1 minute span.

fake/fraud company that wont honour their refund and is chinese but poses as Canadian . Their phone number isnt valid, and their marketing practices are shady

I saw their claims regarding 90 day no questions returns for deodorant, and for someone who has terrible allergies to most brands I thought I'd give it a go. I signed up for the preorder end of Jan but my product didn't ship until I emailed them in mid Feb...the rest reportedly shipped in end of Jan early Feb! I got it and within a week my eczema came out. I followed the refund instructions of shooting them an email. No reply. Another week later, sent a follow up. Nothing. Just tried another email to a different email of theirs. Nada. I would like my money back and no one is responding to my requests.
