The Modern Man Arvostelua 

It took me a bit to get Modern Man to respond regarding my nearly $100 order to either get a status update or tracking information. I did finally receive a response and the order was tracked. I was refunded for the original shipping cost I paid as well, which was very kind. I received the order a week later.

My daughter had a eyebrow pierced today Hollie made her feel comfortable and was absolutely brilliant cant thank her enough.

I ordered from another shop but received an order confirmation from this shop. Then an email that items were out of stock. I asked for a cancellation, which was confirmed. But Klarna invoice was not cancelled. They ignored my email about this. Then they sent me the items after I already ordered them elsewhere. Terrible.

Update: the shop has gotten in touch and cancelled the invoice. They also let me keep the items that were sent wrong. I’m glad they solved the issue so I am updating my rating.

I ordered my product on the 8th of september, on the 9th I was told it had been shipped. Here I am on december 12th, with no order in my hands. I have reached out to customer service with no avail. Ridiculous.

Do not buy from this company at all! They hang up on you and I have been chasing a refund for the last three months now and everytime I call the customer service team pretend to say they will process your refund and they don’t they have even confirmed they have received my returned items I don’t even know why agora use this company avoid at all costs I am sure they’re products are also not genuine. Everytime I try and call customer services back I get sorry we are closed

I placed an order with The Modern Man around 30 September 2022 and it had to take me contacting them for updates before even the tracking page from their shipping company could reflect that the parcel had shipped on 1 October 2022 and that it departed from the U.K. on 5 October 2022. Since 5 October 2022 I saw no change in the status, and when I asked them again through email all they could say was that they are unable to give updates once the items ordered are in the air. Like everyone here I paid an additional amount for tracking but they could not really track past their own port??!!! Now I am beginning to worry whether the parcel will even arrive. Most of us here have parted with significant amounts of money then they leave us hanging!

Ordered a number of shaving products, there was a few offers I also took advantage of with a free shaving brush and stand. This probably encouraged me to order from this website as opposed to others. Ordered on a 48 hour delivery, what they do not disclose they will not ship your order for 8 days. On arrival it was well packaged strangely there was no brush or stand in the package.
I got what I paid for but feel a little deceived being enticed by "free gifts" that you do not receive. Would I use this site again? Probably not as many sites out there who sell the same items.

I ordered the Goldwell Rich/Repair 1L Shampoo and Conditioner from Chris & Sons. I called once to see when my order would be received and was delighted with the prompt and courteous help afforded me. My products arrived safely and packaged well. Very competitively priced. I'm a happy customer who will definitely be recommending Chris & Sons to friends and will be ordering more from this wonderful organisation! Thank you once again!

1. No delivery time mentioned during the ordering process and then you learn that because you selected 'standard delivery', you are not able to track your order although they provide you with a link...to be able to track your parcel
2. Lead time for the delivery is between 5 days...and 20 days! Moreover, to confuse and upset even more the customer, they tell you that due the pandemic situation (that started more than a year ago), some delay can be expected.

I would recommend to use another well known platform. We learn from our mistakes, I just had the opportunity to confirm it.

Bought hair clipper combs. The order shipped very fast from the store but the shippment was much delayed because of the mail carrier inefficiency.
The Modern Man store offered full refund or resend of the order (international shipment), without any problems.
At the end, a few days after I requested for resending, the original order arrived.
Much appreciate the service , and the product itself was good as described .
