Purchase a Samsung a56 from these guys and was sold as having a manufacturer's warranty, tried to get it repaired after a fault developed and Samsung wouldnt honour the warranty as they are not an authorised seller??

Tried calling the number on the website but they never answer!!!!!

Thanks for the new phone. I've not used Themobileswarehouse before, so I was a bit uncertain, but I had nothing at all to worry about. Phone arrived in good time and is absolutely perfect condition- doesn't appear to have been unboxed and is as-new.

Excellent product which arrived on time. Setting it up is proving a little troublesome, but this is my lack of a decent handbook, which only comes on line. When you spend that much money, a simple "Get started" leaflet is the least I expect!
