Ordered march 5 followed up via email but no response 8 weeks later still no update. Definitely a scam. The contact number also unable to call. Reported to my bank to recover money.

Fake company, fake phone number
Sent a useless product, a roll of string instead of the mirror. Can’t be contacted by phone or email. It’s a fake company, don’t use them. Avoid at all costs.

A SCAM!!!
A SCAM!!!! Had to get in contact with my bank to get my money back - they don't send you mirrors, they sent me a roll of tape. and there is no customer service

Fake company!
Fake company!! Ordered a mirror paid £70 they take your money as a bank transfer so it’s extremely hard to claim back via your bank..instead of a mirror they send a rope and string through the post disgusting!!

I ordered a Mirror from Mirrors House…
I ordered a Mirror from Mirrors House in Jan 2024 with free 14 day shipping. The mirror never arrived, we are now in April. I contacted Mirrors house on separate occasions and never received a response back or my money back. The they sent me a customer feedback form.
I am appalled and disappointed by the service.

Do not order from this company
Do not order from this company. I received a roll of sellotape and contacting the company they do not respond. Getting money back from Klarna I’m still battling 4 months later.
