Quality meat with amazing customer service

The meat quality from here is second to none. We could not recommend highly enough.
But it is their customer service that really makes this a 5 star company.
Sadly DHL managed to mess up our delivery and left our Christmas meat defrosting in their depot. Debbie (the Christmas angel) arranged a new box to be delivered direct from the farm today and saved Christmas!
A really special company, thank you 😊

Great service

Great delivery, fantastic looking product, would have been one star down because there was one steak missing from the box, but the team quickly processed a partial refund for me :) will definitely be back!

Trying to purchase from Australia was very difficult until I found The Meatbox Company. Thank you for making the transaction easy and to keep me informed of the order every step of the way. The gift of meat over Christmas is a special one this year and my Mum LOVED the quality and the packaging. Well done TMC. You made Mum a happy person this year,
