The Man Company Arvostelua 8

I've had good experiences with The Man Company before. However, this time around, I ordered for 4 items, and got 3 items. I put an email with details to care(at)themancompany.com (as prescribed by their website), and after a week, I tried following up. To my surprise, they haven't responded yet.
I called the customer service line mentioned on their site and they finally answered it. I spoke to the helpdesk person to find out that they had responded to my 3 emails but the email had bounced off. However, they asked me to send an email with pictures of deliverables. Which I did. Now, they've dispatched the missing product. Finally!
Moral of the story - please ensure mails are NOT bouncing off if agents send it across. Plus, your customer service number was NOT functioning for a long time. Kindly take note.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with The Man Company. I placed an order weeks ago and never received it. There has been no proper update, no accountability, and absolutely no effort to resolve the issue.

Their customer service is pathetic. Every time I reached out, I received the same standard, copy-paste responses that clearly show they don’t even bother to read customer queries properly. It feels like they simply don’t care once they have your money.

Very unprofessional and frustrating experience. I would not recommend ordering from them if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.

Non existent customer service. Still waiting for a response. Instead of asking my order number now (assuming this is monitored), please check your emails and respond.

Also, do NOT call their customer care number. They will keep you on hold for 10 mins and automatically disconnects once the call at the 10 min mark. I wasted 20 mins.

Very bad experience for my first order.. got incomplete order and its been three days and no response on my email as well

i ordered three perfumes last week and just got one

Purchased 4 perfumes from this company, the smell last for 10 min only... absolutely waste of money... When I try to post the review on the copany website, the it did not allowing to post it, the website or the submit button is not working, I tried this last one week daily but it did not work.. they do not want the public to put reviews on the site... stay away from these companies

Worst Product. Doesn't Even worth 50rs. Smells like lux body soap. Doesn't even last 5 mins. Customer support doesn't ready to accept feedback. Please Don't purchase any products from The Man Company.

Don't buy anything from them it's a scam i order 3 perfume on 11th nov 2023 and it's more than 3 days and thier is no update about my order its still show not shipped
