Excellent and promt resolution of my received faulty goods, I Received a defective item (no fault of TheMaltMiller - it was a manufacturer fault), replacement was received within 24 hrs of me notifying them. Very speedy resolution, Thanks.

Customer service top notch

Customer service top notch. I use Malt Miller many times each year and always receive a great service and their ingredients are of great quality. Even when things don't go quite to plan they respond and sort out issues immediately without quibble. Can't fault them, great team.
