3rd time using The Luxury Goods Club for my rolex purchases. Have purchased two gmt ( batgirl and rootbeer) previously and this time I wanted a chocolate dial yatchmaster sourcing. Deal agreed and deposit sent on the same day and watch arrived within 3 days. Tracking numbers swapped both ends. Top class service as always. The only company ill use for my watch sourcing. Watches always delivered as promised and deals always better than others in the market but the end to end service is what counts.

If I could give this seller zero stars, I would. They are running a complete scam operation. I bought a watch after meticulously reading their description about the rolex link length and its supposed "recent service details." It was all a massive lie.

The watch is a total lemon. They first sent the watch without all the links, i had to request it, now a few months later It constantly stops ticking, even while it’s actively on my wrist. Serviced watches are suppose to be great for 5 years

When I contacted them, they played dumb, saying "that's strange" and promising they would fix it. They even went as far as saying they would arrange to have it repaired for me. And then? Total silence.

They completely ghosted me, ignored my messages, and never followed through on their word. They dragged it out just long enough to leave me high and dry.

Now, I am out of pocket, down a chunk of money, and stuck with a broken piece of junk that desperately needs a costly service.

⚠️ **BUYER BEWARE:** This seller is dishonest, untrustworthy, and has zero integrity. Save your hard-earned money and buy from someone who won't rob you blind and ignore you when things go wrong!

I ordered a specific Rolex dial from The Luxury Goods Club through Chrono24, and they sent me a completely different (and much cheaper) one instead. When I contacted them about it, they didn’t take any responsibility — instead they tried to convince me with lines like “don’t you think this one looks nice?”

This was a clear attempt to deceive me and get away with sending a cheaper item than what I paid for. Only after a long discussion did they agree to send a return label, even though it was obviously their mistake from the start.

Buying from this seller was a huge disappointment. They act unprofessionally, try to manipulate the buyer, and show zero accountability. Be careful — if something goes wrong, you’re on your own.

Instead of taking responsibility, the seller keeps twisting the story to make themselves look better — exactly the same attitude I encountered during our communication. I’m glad other potential buyers can now see a more realistic picture of how this company operates, beyond all the overly polished reviews.

I bought a Rolex Wimbledon off Stephen when I was on my honeymoon in the summer. He bent over backwards to find a time and place that suited me as we were busy and also beat any price I had already found. When I got back the watch was a little tight and he sent a couple of extra links out literally the next day. Will definitely be buying again when I’m not in the market.
