The Luxury Bed Company Arvostelua

It took almost 3 months but i was aware of that but worth the wait. My bed looks amazing!! So happy with this purchase. Got so many compliments. Bed is very sturdy and made with very nice plush fabric. Colour is so pretty as well. Thank you

From browsing to delivery of my bed the whole experience has been great. Megan answered my questions and assisted me in putting my order on hold while i checked the measurements and in changing order. The delivery team came super early and were a spot on - very polite and courteous and assembled the bed in no time. Super grateful. Thank you.

Absolutely in love with my bed, they could not have been anymore helpful. Excellent communication, with a brilliant delivery & installation service.

Thank you so much.

So far so good.
We have bought from this company before and they were excellent.
Good quality and they made up the beds when they came!
We had an unfortunate fire and lost everything so had to replace with there 40% off. it really helped the finances. Ordering was simple , lets hope the rest is as smooth.

Outstanding customer service. Leanna helped us through what could have been a very stressful situation but thanks to her and the teams efforts everything was resolved without any issues.

I would highly recommend the luxury bed company. From the first point of contact to the end our experience has been nothing but positive. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The staff who delivered the bed respected our home and came the exact time that was scheduled. The bed is everything we hoped for and more.

Thank you so much and much appreciated, Claire and Graham Caygill.

Excellent customer service and very prompt at responding. We ordered three beds from the Luxury bed company and upon ordering we thought we had applied the 40% discount code but instead was 35%. This was flagged right away by the company who then went the extra mile in applying the extra 5% for us. Great experience from start to finish, Megan in customer care was particularly helpful. Thanks so much guys.

What a gorgeous bed! We ordered the Zen bed with the high headboard and its the most fancy bed I've ever slept in!

The company was great when we ordered, kept me informed of anticipated delivery and were able to deliver outside the usual 8-5pm (when we're at work) so that was really helpful.

For clarity, this isn't one of the cheap facebook bed companies, this is the real deal and they really are luxurious beds - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We recently purchased a luxury bed, and we couldn't be more delighted with our experience. The quality of the bed is superb, providing unparalleled comfort and elegance. What truly set this purchase apart was the exceptional customer service we received from Callum, the Operations Manager. Callum went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied, providing knowledgeable advice and a seamless shopping experience. Highly recommend both the product and the outstanding service!

ITS GIVING 10/10 QUALITY AND SERVICE!! THANK YOU SO MUCHHHH ❤️❤️❤️

I received my toddler son’s bed today, I just wanted to pass on my thanks to the delivery drivers. They called the night before to confirm the time of arrival and arrived promptly today. They handled the bed with care and it was assembled so quickly and without any fuss. They also ensured that they didn’t bring any dirt in from outside and with living on a new build site it’s virtually impossible.

I was really impressed with their service and of course the quality of the bed so thank you again ☺️

I received delivery of my bed on Wednesday and I absolutely LOVE IT!!!!

I will say that everything from ordering, customer service, delivery and installation went seamlessly and I'm so thrilled to have this bed in my master suite!

I'm a Scot living in California and I've hunted high a low for a bed like this, especially a bed with storage underneath. I have a memory foam mattress which needs a solid base to sit on and the options here are so limited it's mind blowing!!! Usually you need to box base, a metal frame and a bed skirt/valance (gross) and spend your life stubbing your toe on the metal frame!! For a country so advanced you would think they would have come up with other options by now!!!! So when I saw you delivered to the states I was like "yes please, I'll have one of those" 🙋🏻‍♀️ I showed my interior design friend the bed yesterday and she was so shocked at the quality and the price!!! She says that I should join your company and start selling the beds in the USA (I used to be in sales so when I showed her the bed it was a total sales pitch haha)

Anyway im sure you can tell that I'm a delighted customer, if you ever open a show room in Southern California I'm your girl!! (Joking but sort of not joking?!)

Easy to order and when I had a question someone came back to me and were very helpful. Looking forward to getting my new bed & Mattress

I've not even had my bed delivered yet but I have absolutely no doubt the service will be continued. I've dealt with a few people via email and telephone and everytime the service has been perfect. You feel that they have the time for you, that they want to help and make you feel important as their customer. I don't actually know if it's a family or friend ran business but whatever they are they are working well together and smashing it. I honestly could speak highly enough. If this review stays you know the delivery and bed were perfect too 👌 thanks guys you really have helped what is a stressful time in my life be easier.

Had a great shopping experience, was helped by Joe, he was patient with me as i took a bit of time to decide what i really wanted

Great service and Joe was super helpful! Thank you

Just purchased my dream bed from this amazing company and all their staff. Joe you have been so helpful, kind, patient and guided me with my vision every step of the way with my order. Thank you! Highly recommend x

We found this company on Instagram as I was just starting the planning process for our bedroom renovation last fall.

The process to order was seamless, as well as communication back and forth to verify my choices and ask questions. We are in the US and I completely understand growing pains, such as delivery/shipping delays out of the company’s control. Delivery took a bit longer than I would like but it was completely worth it as the bed was delivered and assembled today. It’s absolutely beautiful and very well made.

Joe and Callum answered my emails promptly each time I asked for an update. The delivery team was very professional and thorough. They assembled the bed in about 30 minutes and were very efficient and cleaned up all the packaging.

We are very excited to be sleeping on a bed tonight and we will definitely make purchases with this company again in the future. Thank you to the whole team!
