I recently ordered the iLLum grandeur yet received some type of industrial part in my package. I originally posted on here, thinking I was scammed. Thankfully, I have been in contact with the customer care, and they are just as confused as I am. It seems that someone might have tampered with my package in the midst of it being shipped. TheLuminLab has been diligent in their investigation into this issue and will be sending me the item again. They have been a little slow to respond to my emails, but I now understand it is because they have a very small team of 3 craftsmen that craft each lamp as well as respond to emails. I look forward to receiving the true item I ordered and will leave another review once I have it.

Unfortunately, I have to again write about The Lumin Lab.

After my original post here on Trust Pilot dated the 1st February, 2025 when I made known my disappointment at the fact that with my EUR 170.68 order of the "Pantheon" model [INV # 158269] I didn't get a Collector's Box as back then advertised as 'included' on The Lumin Lab's website; I got a reply here on Trust Pilot from Lumin Lab on the 9th February, 2025 where I was promised I'd be sent the said Collector's Box.

No Collector's Box was forthcoming so on the 18th March I left my second post here on Trust Pilot to which I got zero feedback. At that point I decided to let the matter go since I accepted that The Lumin Lab is not as serious a company as it's website attempts to portray.

Yesterday, the 19th October, 2025 the light on my Pantheon model would not light, and didn't light. I do not light this model often, hence why I wished to have a Collector's Box to be able to put it safely away.

At that point, being as it is that I haven't had the product a year [the product was purchased on the 3rd December, 2024 and reached me about a week later] I decided I'd once again privately write to The Lumin Lab, which I did via email and via it's social media.

Today, I got a reply first indirectly telling me that I am kicking up a fuss over the matter, then telling me that the Collector's Box promised to me was never sent because the postage fee would have been too high for The Lumin Lab, and then telling me that about the light I should contact a private electrician....

Can you imagine?

An item of that price, still under its two year warranty, marketed as this bespoke item, and I am supposed to go with it to a random electrician when it is well know international law that once an item is touched by anyone other than the manufacturer the warranty ceases to apply!

I am shocked beyond compare.

I have never been so poorly treated by any company, local or international alike!

Never again The Lumin Lab!

The Pantheon I got was so pretty, made out of solid concrete with the most detailed illustration of pantheon I have ever seen! Comes with warmness filters for warm or while light. Highly recommend!

After my review of the first February you promised to send the Collectors Box I never got, so much so that I left another review a few days later. You never sent the box... notwithstanding the fact you renewed your promise via email.... not impressed.

In the picture, the item looked like it was a taupe color, but what I received was pure white. Very misleading, and very disappointing.

The lamp is beautiful, good quality and fine details.
Although I was is bit surprised it came directly from China, and not from the USA, as the website suggests. Globally happy with my purchase. A little line appears at one place, but not that visible.

A really nice company! Ordered a Pantheon. Accidently chose the smaller one - contacted the support and without a cancellation they managed to change the order and sent me the bigger size. The products quality is very good, massive stone and beautiful details. Be aware of a small tax fee if you order to europe, but it is worth it!

UPDATE: After posting the review below, the company contacted me saying a set of light filters must have been left out of the package I received.
They offered to send the filters, and asked if I'd amend my review after receiving them. I agreed.
I never received the filters and , though I've messaged them 3 times I've gotten NO response.

ORIGINAL: Nice detail, but not consistent with pictures on the website. The photos all depict it with a very warm, almost amber light - suitable for an ancient building. In reality, the light is daylight white, making the sculpture look very modern. Not bad, but I probably wouldn't have ordered if the pictures had been accurate

The most interesting aspect was certainly the idea behind the product. The lamp was well crafted, the packing suitable and safe, and the dispatch efficent. The promotion of the product was honest and reflected the product well.

I was worried at first. Then three days later, I got a message from the delivery guy with the package at my doorstep.
