Easy to setup
Easy to setup. Couple of bugs in their web interface means that its often out of date and they don't seem that interested in fixing it. But they send the mail when it arrives, and otherwise it works well.

Your account was placed on hold after we identified that our address was being used on your website without the appropriate service in place - something we contacted you about on multiple occasions with clear steps to resolve. We also followed up regarding HMRC mail we had received but were unable to process. Unfortunately, we did not receive any response to these emails, including our most recent message, and as a result the account was suspended.

Always a high level of service
Always a high level of service, never had any problem and had services with them for many years now. Prices are reasonable and mail is scanned to be easily viewed later. It is a life saver to have all this correspondence in one online location. I try to save them to my own drive but usually rely on login in to the portal when I need them as it is so easy to find it there. Overall, recommended!
