Despite the fact that I submitted the valid document (barcode and government-approved document) to your institution both in my country and through Company House, it is not appropriate for you to insist on requesting bank statements. Even Company House, when registering a company in the UK, requires this document and considers it sufficient for address verification. You need to update/adjust your KYC system.
