Do not give your property for management or rent from this company.
They do not care about you the renter or the landlord.
All they care about is lining their own pocket.
I do not understand how this company license has not been revoked by the right authorities.

Disgusting company

If you have two legs, run as fast and far as possible from TLL.
They took my newly refurbished property in 2020. They assured me that they would return my property as they took it. However, they never responded to their subtenants for minor repairs. So, they caused severe damage to my property by allowing a leaking bath waste not repaired to cause flooding. The damage was enormous. Water came through the ceiling from the first floor into the downstairs corridor and the kitchen. Both ceilings collapsed. Water went under the laminated flooring and damaged it. The Ex of one of their subtenants damaged my front entrance door. It cost me £1500 to replace it. I told them to do one the second time because I couldn't replace or repair FD for their so-called subtenants.
When I asked for the property back, they said I should give them one year's notice. I did give them the one-year notice even though I hated it. When the notice expired, they refused to give my property back. I wrote to them several times, but they still would not return my property. So, I wrote a recorded delivery letter to the director's home address and sent the letter to two other addresses they use. Even the director did not respond to my letter. In the end, I got the Landlords Action Solicitors involved. They took them to court. The hearing was on the 20th of March this year, but they arranged to meet me at the property on the 19th of March 2025, one day before the court hearing, with an attempt to hand the property back. I could not take the property back because they left it in a poor state of repair. All my curtains and curtain rails were gone. The new washing machine and an electric cooker I left in the shed were gone. The new CCTV I left for them to install for their subtenants is gone. The repairs agreed upon between their on-site representative and me were not carried out. Still, they dropped the keys to the property through my letter box on the 27th of March 2025 with an email saying, "Our Lease has ended" The lease ended on the 20th of May 2024, but they refused to give me possession of my property until they caused me Solicitor's fees. They even refused to provide me access to the property for 4 years and 5 months.
So, Landlords "Run away from This company.
They only care about the money they will make from your property. It does not matter how many smiles you get from them. In the end, they will give you heartache like they did me.

It is the most horrible rental agency you can go through. They upsell their properties and once the rent and deposit's are collected they would not respond and any issues with the property later on, like repairs and cleaning. The agents are rude and abrasive. They use cheap tactics to deduct an unfair amount from the deposit in the name of damage and repairs and don't even return deposit on time. They are complete FRAUDSTERS and THEIVES, I would warn against renting any property with THE LONDON TENT.

if i could give minus stars i would . I made the mistake of allowing them to manage my property. If you want a landlord that fails to answer the phone , reply to emails
carry out property inspections , carry out repairs then go ahead and use this firm . The service to tenants and landlords is the worst i have ever experienced

I would give no stars if I could. This joke of an agency wants to charge 2023 rent rates for properties which have 1993 bathrooms and kitchens. Response time is atrocious. Attitude is utterly unprofessional. You get given a derelict property and they expect you to pay out of your own pocket to do it all up. When they do finally send someone round to do any repairs, those "professionals" admit to learning the job off YouTube. They make a botched job of everything and call themselves maintenence. They only thing they've ever maintained is a bad reputation with a stinking attitude that matches it. My advice is don't deal with them. And if you're a landlord who entrusts them with renting your property then shame on you. You must be fully aware of how bad they are but continue to let them represent you because they're cheap and never cost you a dime to maintain the property. Shame on you for letting families endure the hell of living in your ill managed, badly repaired and derelict properties. Some people have to call those places home. Terrible agency with slum landlords. Shame on you.

Disgusting company they speak to u like absolute rubbish they do nothing but get u on debt. They have stolen belongings of mine and now are under investigation so not use this company to rent from or to sell ur properties!!!! They are no where near professional they don’t ever help with anything and they leave u living in disgusting circumstances I will do everything in my power to have this company shut down after the amount of stuff they have made me and my family suffer .

Poor service, extra extra slow response rime. I was told id be contacted in the same day by phone, its been 3weeks, no reply.
