Great service

My trudon candles arrived so very promptly and were beautifully wrapped in tissue paper. I received a lovely hand written card a few days later as a follow up. Faultless service.

Amazing

This is the second time I’ve bought from The London Candle Store and I wasn’t disappointed. My beautiful candle arrived the next day in gorgeous packaging. Would 100% use The London Candle Store again and again

Excellent service

Excellent service! Was working to a tight deadline and contacted Customer Service to see whether my requirements could be met. Murray handled my query and personally saw to it by communicating to the warehouse team I would receive next day delivery and by 9am the following day I had received my items. Cannot recommend highly enough.

The candles were beautiful

The candles were beautiful, and very carefully packaged. I also appreciated receiving timely updates on shipping, and they even sent a personalised thank-you note. The London Candle Store certainly exceeded my expectations.

Excellent

I used The London Candle Store for the first time recently and found the whole experience excellent. The candles I ordered arrived within two days and were nicely packaged. My choices were Ernesto and Spiritus sancti by Cire Trudon and they smell gorgeous! Light in one room and the fragrance permeates the other rooms too.
I emailed to say how impressed I was and mentioned that I was sorry to have just missed out on the free dinner candles offer and Ruby replied that she was happy to send those out to me, which she did and they arrived the next day. Fantastic customer service!
The hand written card received a few days after my purchase, thanking me and hoping I was enjoying my candles was a very nice touch.
The candles are a luxury and not cheap but trust me when I say you get what you pay for.
I will most definitely be purchasing from this company again.
