I wish I had read the reviwes before giving my money >_<. Dissapointed. Do not order from this website.

I placed an order in August and still not received order. This site is an absolute con.. Will now start a charge back requests with Paypal.. DO NOT BUY THIS IS A CON

5 weeks after placing my order ive had no response to emails, no update on tracking and no products delivered.

This seems to be normal practice looking at other reviews.

Dont bother wasting your time, im just hoping the bank can get my money back!

I placed an order and made payment on 16th December and still haven't received the goods, nor have I had any response to the emails I've sent requesting a delivery date. I see from other reviews that I'm not alone; hopefully potential new customers will check the reviews and steer clear of this supplier.

Only given 1 star because no zero star option , Which would have been my choice, as 1 star is way too generous, for their bad customer service. extremely disgusting , useless customer service , i ordered some of their purple face masks , they took my money , sent me an email saying it was being dealt with there may be a slight delay , i emailed the company a few times as the order was done months ago and i STILL DID NOT get what i paid for , its just as well i had some at home , the company DID NOT HAVE THE GOOD MANNERS TO EVEN LOOK INTO MY COMPLAINT AT NOT GETTING MY GOODS , OR TO EVEN REPLY TO ME AT ALL ABOUT THE SITUATION. Also DID NOT REFUND MY MONEY EITHER.

Be Warned - Do not shop here! I bought a utensil kit in the New Year, they have not shipped my item, so I have never received it. I have messaged them several times, with absolutely no reply and there is no phone contact available.

I’ve had to report them to Trading Standards and my credit card provider, who has raised a dispute. It’s disgusted that they are still taking customers money, knowing they will never satisfy the order.

I’ve not received my order! Ordered on the 13th January. Looks like we’ve all been duped. I spent £34 on a utensil holder with utensils. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

Would've put NO stars if allowed! £12:99 stolen out of my account, as ordered 4th January, now 10th February, no masks. DO NOT PART WITH YOUR CASH. Read reviews first, a definate theme.

Why oh why is this company still being allowed to trade or advertise,taken lots of peoples money and no orders have arrived ,surely trading standards or some other company should look into it as poor suckers still ordering ,we have all be fooled

I ordered at the start of January and have received nothing.
Emailing their support email address returns an automated email and no human response.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Ordered some face masks a month ago and same as other reviews have received nothing and only automated reply’s to me emails. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Do not use this company, after taking my money and numerous emails which were automated I still have not received my purchase dated 6th December. Why has nobody shut them down!!

I wish I had checked Trustpilot first! I share similar woes as others here.
I ordered an item over a month ago and have chased three times with nothing but the same automated response. No response to a refund request. I have now been in touch with my bank. USE WITH COMPLETE CAUTION...I.E DON'T

Only criticism is that they took a long time to come but happy with the masks

Ordered face masks in what looked like a lovely dark purple online. Waited over 6 weeks for them and what arrived is a totally different colour, very pale lilac nothing like what was shown and made in China. Very disappointed after waiting so long.

Plastic pot looks very cheap. Very disappointed

I ordered on 22nd of December, giving it a month to be delivered before I moved house. Apparently the item was delivered on 8th February. I don’t know because I moved house in 22 January.

Despite numerous emails to the company to try and sort this, they have ignored every single one. They’ve basically just stolen my money.

The people in my old house have my item. Lockdown Kitchen have taken my money, but provided no service that’s useful to me or had the decency to respond to my emails. And I have nothing to show for it. They then have the cheek to ask for a review!

This company are an absolute charlatan outfit and anyone would be mad to buy from them. Well, unless of course people enjoy paying for overpriced items they don’t get to enjoy.

I suggest you think twice about ordering from The Lockdown Kitchen - I ordered some masks on 2nd November - to date they have never arrived - I have tried to email to check the order but all you get is an auto reply no one ever comes back to you
If anyone from The Lockdown Kitchen is reading this review please respond or process a refund for the masks I have never received

I placed an order on 11 Jan and have yet to receive anything but an automated email response. I realised I had ordered the wrong colour face masks as soon as I placed the order and have tried to get the order changed. Now having received no response and seen the other shocking reviews I would like to obtain a refund. This company should not take on orders that they cannot fulfil, or at the very least have a communication with their customers.
