Best place for Philips professional grade lighting
Great company to buy authentic, high quality Philips LED CorePro lustres from. I bought direct from their site (rather than their ebay shop) and they were really cheap, with a few different options for shipping. They arrived as promised and were really nicely packed. Many thanks, I'll be using you again!

Ordered an LED. When I immeadiately rang to increase my order, they confirmed stock shown was incorrect as they didn't have any. Canceled order. Waste of my time. Refunded straight away.

Tom was a Legend. We was working from old stuff already fitted to the kitchen. From a few pictures to a few emails we worked out what we needed and order placed over the weekend after I doubled checked what I needed. Even woke up to a call from the supplier Rep this morning. Will definitely use again as the price was good too.

4 bulbs short of an order
Simple order for 8 bulbs, but only received 4. They said the rest were out of stock although the website showed (and still shows) them as in stock. I did get a partial refund, but not enough. And they never sent the replacement bulbs they promised.
All-round shambles. Won't deal with this firm again.
