Amazing service! Explained the whole procedure very well, and explained about when to expect hair to fall out and when to expect regrowth. It was interesting to hear about the technology behind it as well. And most importantly, she was absolutely lovely and friendly and puts me at ease the whole time!

I've previously had 6 sessions of facial hair removal laser in a place near chancery lane and it barely made a difference. The hair all came back after a couple of months and I gave up on the effectiveness of the process of laser for my skin type (light brown skin, coarse black hair, indian). After feeling growingly insecure about the hair on my face, I decided to try again a few years later with TLC in Uxbridge given the good reviews for my skin type.

Thelma was amazing, friendly and extremely professional with her knowledge and experience. She gave a thorough consultation of exactly what the process would entail and immediately knew what laser treatment would be best for me and my skin.

I noticed the difference straight after my first session. My skin has started to cleared up and hair growth has reduced dramatically. I'm just so incredibly happy and it's a huge confidence boost to have my face clearer, I really can't thank Thelma and TLC enough for this.

Highly recommend anyone that has had a negative past experience to try again with these guys, you won't be disappointed!

I do not recommend. I paid for all 8 visits and when I wanted to stop after the 4th visit they didn't give me my money back.

Would give it 0 stars if I could. Didn't conduct initial consultation properly, omitted information about the negative impacts of laser treatment, ended up needing well over 12 sessions for a small area that is now growing more hair than it ever did before. Have resorted back to waxing. very unhygienic and never ever running to schedule.
Last appt before covid and the lady started using the completely wrong machine - I had to correct her myself. Complete mismanagement and left facial scarring.

My first ever skin routine and I am so glad I invested here. I had three sessions of Microdermabrasion which made my skin.smooth and refresh. I am having laser hair removal treatment and special thanks to Gurmeet who looked after me. She will always suggest products for me to use that help between treatments.All staff members are very friendly, kind and helpful. I will recommended this clinic to everyone.

I have completed a 12 session Hollywood laser treatment and because I had amazing results I have decided to do the same treatment in my full legs as well. I can see the improvements in my skin every session.
Everyone in the clinic is respectful and cheerful and they always greet the clients with kindness; Kawsar in particular is one of the most professional people I know as she cares about how I'm feeling during the session and if I'm feeling any improvements. She always makes sure that I'm comfortable and ready to start each session and she also gives advice about what to do after each treatment in order to avoid skin reactions or pain, which have been very helpful.
The clinic's booking system is also excellent as it is easy to book and change appointments.
I definitely recommend it!

I hadn't been back to the clinic in a while. I was happy to know that the service was just as good as it always was. My appointment was with Gurmeet, who I find is always happy to help in any way possible. She always makes me feel comfortable and all treatments are carried out professionally. The atmosphere there is always good and all treatments are carried out to a high standard. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I was after Diode laser as its the only Laser that works for me. I read a lot of reviews and decided to visit the Slough branch as everyone had recommended Ayesha :) I'm glad I visited her as she's really Lovely and cares about what setting you are comfortable with. she is professional, Very knowledgable and passionate about what she does. a great sense of humor too you often have a laugh and no session is dull with Ayesha. The place is also very clean at Slough. My top recommendation to any one who wants to try laser hair removal. Thank You Ayesha.

Always have a great experience from the treatments I get from Jamila.
The only improvement that TLC could make is perhaps communication between the staff members, e.g. documents or appointments being lost when dealt with by another staff member.

Further to my reviews, the head of the franchise read this and contacted me straight away. After a long verbal statement about the level of care I had received they were extremely apologetic and got hold of the Harrow branch owner who then sent me my refund by post the next day - with no apology or any note. I was thankful to have received my money back and have assurance that TLC Group as a whole do look after their customers but it is just the Harrow branch that needs closing down. I would encourage you to avoid this branch at all costs. They're information is conflicting as is their level of care. The Owners of the whole franchise were brilliant at handling this and will be looking into using their services in the future. What a shame on the Harrow Branch for not stepping up and rectifying this on so many occasions. Shame on them.

Further to my experience below, I STILL am yet to receive an apology and my money back from over a year ago. I suffered burns from my laser treatment and have been requesting a refund of my package deal ever since. I keep being promised my money back - in fact they made me sign a form to say that once I have received the refund I will not sue them for anything related to the burn thereafter. I finally signed this just to be done with this company but STILL no money and no APOLOGY. I

I do not normally have the habit of writing such reviews but this experience has been absolutely appalling. I have been on the phone constantly chasing my refund and keep being fobbed off. I thought I would get my refund and just be done with it but they are leaving me no choice but to seek further legal action. Be careful with this company. This is a genuine experience.

WARNING do not go to this clinic. I have had a terrible service and outcome. I received many burns on both my lower legs and the customer service I have received has been absolutely appalling.

I have spoken to the owner, emailed and called but to no avail. The owner has refused to give me a refund and has offered that I go back and finish my treatments. I would never ever consider going back there and seriously advice everyone against it.

The burns happened at my second treatment which tells me the therapist has done something wrong as I experienced severe pain during the treatment which I did not feel the first time around with a different therapist. I expressed this on many occasions but she did not seem interested. After my treatment she did not offer to use cooling creams even after I asked for this. Her response was no you do not need it. After a few days when the blisters and burns where at their peak, I called the manager. Unfortunately, she was not very responsive. The scabs took a while to go and now I am left with scars plastered all over my legs. No one can guarantee when and if these will go. I am now in danger of damage to my skin if this is left exposed to the sun. I have lost all confidence in wearing clothes that reveal my legs.

The manager has refused to refund my package and I am forced to pursue legal advice for which I will now be requesting compensation. I would advise you against going here.

Their advice on sun exposure and general treatment advice also seems flawed as I received varying advice from 3 different people with regards to whether or not going on holiday in between treatments is advised.

I am truly disappointed with the lack of care, consideration and response from this clinic and I would highly recommend you seek somewhere else.

I stared my full body laser at the laser clinic group at Uxbridge. One of the Aesthetician Gurmeet is doing my treatment. I must say she is the best one in the clinic. She is extremely professional and friendly. And results are phenomenal. I’m so happy that I chose the TLC for my treatment. I highly recommend TLC Uxbridge branch and the aesthetician Gurmeet to everyone. HAPPY CLIENT
