I have finished my laser session which was really phenomenal with Gurmeet as she is fantastic in her job and do the work above expectation level .
I am very happy with the results and I am going to book one more session of six sittings with her again soon.
I highly recommend TLC for the laser treatment as we are worth it....

Very nice lady did my treatment and would highly recommend this clinic for anyone thinking of getting laser done.

I went to The Laser Clinic Group using Groupon, it was a fantastic price for the number of treatments I had & Aisha was very informative, friendly, flexible yet firm with her appointment timings, so make sure you come on time. I would go back if I can get another Groupon voucher for them. Make sure you allow plenty of time for parking at the Burlington Road car park, if you are driving.

Mitral TLC laser clinic is a wonderful and relaxing place to maintain beauty, a great customer service. The ladies are nice and helpful.

I am very happy with the laser, I have around 70 % reduction bearing in mind that I have a lot of hair. I used to do IPL and I was not happy at all the moment I stopped my hair come back. With this laser, I am extremely happy as I can see that the hair does not grow anymore. I also did face and this was a game changer for me. I go to the clinic on Windsor Street especially to get my treatments from Gurmeet. She is extremely gentle and soft-spoken and puts your mind at ease straightaway. She is very professional and very engaging and looks after you every step of the way. Absolute credit to The Laser Clinic Group - staff like Gurmeet are what set you apart from similar clinics.

I am having laser treatment by Aisha who is a wonderful person. She is very thorough with her work and makes me feel comfortable whilst I am having my laser session.
Her treatment room is clean and of a good standard.
She is very welcoming. I have noticed some difference with the hair growth. I have been informed I will possibly require further treatments as my current package is almost completed.
I would definitely recommend slough LCG to anyone who needs laser treatment.

Awful customer service from the Slough branch. Stopped midway through my laser package as I was expecting and then was advised not to do any treatments while breastfeeding (this was my second package of treatments with this branch). After about 1 1/2 years I called to schedule an appointment and complete my pending treatments and Aisha who answered the call seem very flustered and worked up and went straight into accusing me of frequently missing appointments and not showing up (This was not the case, I had missed 1 appointment previously and had to cancel another at short notice almost 2 years ago and paid compensation for that). She said I'd missed at least 4 appointments in the past and was extremely rude and combative on the phone, saying that even though I lived locally, because I've had a baby I must be forgetful and busy - the nerve! I was extremely disappointed with their service on the phone and I don't expect such service from a paying customer. I have nearly £150 worth of treatments left on my package but told her she could keep the money and I will not be returning! Should not have paid upfront so be wary as they seem to treat customers who pay upfront like dirt.
