The Language Doctors  Arvostelua

Absolutely unreliable and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.I signed a quote with this company for interpreter services for an extremely important interview. After signing, they went completely silent - no confirmation, no information about logistics, nothing. I had to chase them for any updates. Then, at the very last moment before the event, they informed me that they had no interpreter available at all. This is after I had already committed to them and was relying on their service for something critical.

This is not just poor communication - it's outright dishonesty and incompetence. A company that takes your signature on a quote and then fails to deliver, without any warning until the last possible moment, cannot be trusted with anything important. I would never recommend this company to anyone, and I strongly advise looking elsewhere for interpreter services.

The experience was successful and smooth, professional, respectful, fast responses, I recommend highly the service

The inverter was pleasent and professional. My wife enjoyed working with her. And my wife has very high standers. The rates were reasonable. I am Very pleased with the results.

The Language Doctor is a great agency to work with. Communication is easy, payments are timely and projects are very interesting. Looking forward to more opportunities! Keep up the good work!

Both interpreters were friendly and stood with us in the pouring rain for our important social justice action!

Easy to use phone app. Prompt connection. Clear connection. Professional, friendly interpreter.

I have used TheLanguageDr a number of times for video and phone interpreting and have been very pleased by their prompt connect times, professionalism and competency of interpreters and reasonable costs. The customer service is also highly responsive anytime a question or issue arises.
