The Lacy Bra Arvostelua 

I have large heavy teardrop shaped breasts (36G). Due to unrelated disabilities, putting on & taking off bras are difficult for me, leaving me to look at front closure bras. When this bra first arrived, it was zipped & the one slide hook was fastened. I unzipped it, but the slide hook was difficult, so I left it fastened. I stepped into the bra & pulled it up. It zipped up easily! It’s soft to wear & it does provide decent support & lift (this is hard to find for my size). So far, the only possible negative is the thin sheer material on the back. I worry that it could tear easily. Impressed!!

This bra offers zero support. Don't waste your money.

The worst bras I've ever spend my money on. Would have compassion on my worst enemy and wouln't gift it to them. Fit is awful. velcro too short and metal hook attachment twists out of place with minimal body movement. Cups too far to the back. Everything about this bra is wrong. After reading the reviews, I will not bother returning it. Don't want the hassle with the company return policy and delay refund. I'll just call it a loss and I'm sure this is what this company couns on. After they make their profit nothing else counts.

I ordered 2 bras from mislacy dot com with the understanding that I could get a full refund if they didn't fit or I was dissatisfied. When I got them, they fit, sort of, but the cups gapped at the top in a way that distorted whatever top I was wearing. They were also incredibly hard to put on. There is a small metal ring that the velcro strap goes through to adjust the fit around the chest. This ring is not solid and very tiny. The strap slips out of it and once you get the velcro secured, the ring twists to the wrong angle putting stress on the fabric. There are 2 small snaps in the cups, I guess to hold them closed at the center, but the snaps are plastic and so weak, that breathing pops them. The bra might be good for a while if it were of sturdier material, but the fabric is the same throughout the bra. The cups and straps are all made of the same soft material and I don't see the chest strap lasting more than a few wearings before the ring tears through it. I asked for a full refund and the return shipping the site promised since I had paid shipping for the original order. They offered 2 options, trade for a different product or a 50% refund! I sent them back a request for full refund with pictures and images of their 'guarantee'. They came back with a claim that they didn't do prepaid shipping and didn't pay shipping for returns. I could send the product back at my own cost and then they'd refund me as long as they met their 'inspection', or I could keep the product with a 70% refund.... I've learned my lesson. Don't buy from this site, or any others that pop up when you search for it.

The bra doesn’t fit at all. Very difficult to get on.

I ordered the correct size for my body, but the 3 bras that I purchased are way too big. The shoulder straps cannot fit the Velcro that is needed to hold the girls up. I would need another foot of Velcro attachment to fit. These are the most ill fitting bras I’ve ever tried on. Nothing fits. None of the adjustable parts fit. At least 4 sizes too large but I ordered based on their sizing. $75.00 bucks down the tube. I really needed bras too!

Mislacy bras are garbage. They tried to keep half of my refund. Stay away from this company. Poor quality customer service and material! Don’t say I didn’t warn you. Garbage!!!!!

The fit was terrible. Customer service offered advice based on my size and I excepted their offer to try another size based on their advice. The replacement bra still was AWFUL. NOW THEY SAYING I CAN NOT RETURN IT BECAUSE IT WAS REPLACEMENT. The Bras were supposed be returnable for 45 days. No not buy from this company

The fit was absolutely horrible and of course they sent me a wonderful reply, asking for my exact Measure for a replacement just to email me back and say they are unable to meet my needs and offered me a 50% refund and a percentage off my next order. Their full refund or exchange policy is a bunch of BS. The products obviously come out of China and took forever to get here to begin with. Save yourself the trouble and don’t order from this company.

These cups are almost flat! I should have known better than to trust an online ad!

This is a SCAM, entering thelacybra.com now goes to a new scamming website. They had zero customer service, an old phone number doesn't even list the bra product, there was no response to customer support emails, they even sent bras on a cancelled order and charged me.

Currently not impressed with the service. I placed the order online, paid and, the money has been taken from my account. I have chased delivery of the order a couple of time just to receive 1email to say there is a delay. Quick enough to take payment but delivery a different thing. For a company that advertises next day delivery and still waiting some two weeks later !!

Don't buy or even click on their site! I was considering buying... gave my size & CC# but did not BUY. The program took me to a end that i could not get out of. The next day I went to my bank & reported this, no transaction had happened... Yet. They had no functioning email, no contact Co info A month later they billed my CC & later sent me a Way too small bra.... sent a B cup, I ordered a D. I could not resolve the problem because they are a foreign company.

I received my bra today It looks pretty.
Fit is a joke The cups are pointed towards the outer side of my body and looks unnatural. The closure hooks are weak and straighten with slight pressure. Use care.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE RIP OFFS. My husband bought me a bra in Sept 2020. It did not fit and I returned it per their instructions. After verifying it was received and waiting 30 days for a refund with no response. I contacted my bank and was given a return charge on my card. Now almost THREE years later, I am being sent to collections if I don't pay for this product. Well of course I no longer have the return tracking number or any other documentation. And now my bank says they have no record of a refund.
After talking to the people who sent me the notice, they immediately started collection proceedings. As I responded and they still want their money. Even tho I returned it.

I sent the requested info to Paula and it came back not deliverable. Looks to me like she gave a fake email address to reply to in order to make it sound like she was helpful. Sounds pretty fishy to me.

They run a bit small but when it didn’t fit, it was promptly resolved. They are very pretty.

I ordered my size by your suggestion and it is too loose around. Now I have a expensive bra that I can not wear.
