Tristan is a great trainer
I haven't been with his program long, but I highly recommend it to anyone. He takes the time to have a personal conversation and learn everything that is important about you so he can put together the program you need. He is constantly in contact with the group, gives tips and motivates us every day. Even when things are not going well, he always has advice and a good word. It's a lot of fun to train like this and even more fun to talk, share and build each other up with so many lovely people from different places. I love it!!

Training with Tristan changed my life. He cultivated a space where I felt safe enough to challenge myself both mentally and physically. I gained confidence and muscles. He believed in me from the beginning and supported me through the end. I’m grateful for his compassion, knowledge,& expertise.

One word…AMAZING! I have been working with Tristan for only 3 months and I have had the biggest results I have ever had! Not only is he a trainer but he is now a friend. The Kings Court has been a life change for. Being an older person and caregiver for three years life had been not about me which is ok.

Tristan is an amazing trainer. I have only been part of his program for two months and the changes I have seen are more than I can ask for. More importantly is the fact that his encouragement and loyalty to us has made us a family. We help each other through our good and bad days. I can’t ask for anything more.

Tristan is attentive to not only client work out, but his clients’ overall well being. He tracks the progress nutritionally, emotionally, mentally and motivationally, as well as how they are doing in the gym.
