BUYER BEWARE - ESPECIALLY IF NOT IN PERSON - THIEVES AND INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND IMMATURE
So about a year ago, I contacted KK through their IG about a watch I saw there and they informed me it had sold. I asked if they could secure another one and PERSONALLY SUGGESTED for me to put $2k down to secure it. They agreed. They didn’t give me any terms and conditions on it BECAUSE I WAS THE ONE THAT PERSONALLY SUGGESTED to put down $2k as a sign of good faith.
Life happened and I wasn’t able to make it out to London or fulfill my purchase. I contacted them about a refund and this is when they first told me about their policy – stating the watch would sit on the shelf and since they couldn’t resell it they couldn’t give me a full refund (even though a few weeks later they posted on their IG a picture of it on SwizzBeatz’s hand and even stated so – this was a hot piece – definitely no problem selling). After a few rounds of back and forth we agreed on 50% refund and they told me they would wire it back.
Waited, no wire. Waited, no wire. Called and spoke to a “Ben” who was from the finance department. He said he would get the money back to me. Waited, no wire. Waited a few months to give them the benefit of the doubt, no wire. Contacted them through IG and the person handling the account said they would definitely get it to me. Waited a few weeks, contacted them on IG, person said it was still on its way. Waited another few weeks, no wired, contacted them on IG again, person said it was coming. This happened maybe 4-5 other times. Realized they were just messing with me. Called the store again, they apologized and said they would talk to the person messing with me and get me my refund. Again, nothing. Waited months, nothing.
The fact the person handling the account had no intention of actually getting me the refund and kept stringing me along is just immature and unprofessional. That is even worse in my opinion than them not refunding what they agreed to refund. Actually no – it is ALL BAD. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY.

Had bought many watches from them before just bought mrs a new watch from them today always been on point very good customer service.

I have bought watches from this company over the past 2 years and have nothing but compliments. They offer good quality luxury watches at competitive prices when compared with rivals. Highly recommend.

Great advice given on line, had a choice of 2 Daytona’s. They advised on the best one for me. Great experience in the shop with the boys. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I will be going back now I’ve got the Rolex bug. I would thoroughly recommend to anyone buying a watch. 10/10

My partner brought a Rolex datejust, kettle kids explained to him what a good investment it was.. bearing that in mind he brought it :)
2 months later. He had found out the watch was worth ALOT less now and depreciating in price. It is not in the kettle kids best interests to help their customers and to find my partner a new watch.
At the time he brought it they didn’t say anything about the value depreciation.
Very very disappointed with their service.

Had been looking for a watch for a while and messaged to see if they were able to help. They replied quickly and helped provide me with a numerous amount of watches that I could look through and choose from. I went up to visit them and came away with the perfect watch for myself. All members of the team were welcoming, helpful and lovely to be around. Would recommend to anyone that was in need of any advice and someone trusty worthy to purchase from!

On first point of contact, these guys were great, answered all my messages quick and gave some great professional advice.
On visiting the office all prices were reflective of the current market and they took the time to show certain watches, which was nice to see and try on the brands that you wouldn’t normally get to see.
All transactions and transfers were swift and were done exactly as they promised.
Each member took the time to introduce themselves. They are Proper lads who show that they have put in some hard graft to get to the top.
Looking forward to seeing the new office and new pieces.

You'll be hard pushed to find a pair of gentleman more honourable than Jacob and Harvey. They are true watch lovers who go above and beyond to make their clients feel comfortable and happy regardless of how much work it takes. At this point I consider them both to be close personal friends, who I trust implicitly.

The worst experience I have ever had purchasing any level of goods. These guys value maximum profit over any customer satisfaction. Agreed a deal over the phone and had a contract forwarded to myself clearly stating the terms of the purchase and that the balance had to be paid on the day(which I did). Was advised the watch was arriving however there was a slight delay. This slight delay turned into 3 weeks all while stringing me along and advising me the watch was 100% on route. Surprise it never arrived. The whole motivation for the purchase was an investment piece that I could both enjoy and yield returns. I then got fed up of the lies and false promises and simply asked for them to purchase an aftermarket set watch and return my funds (which I bought from them on a previous purchase) back from me so I could then purchase the watch that I always wanted. I was then told they do not purchase aftermarket set watches back as stock even though it was purchased from them around 18 months prior. I understand I made a mistake purchasing an aftermarket set time piece but was reassured by them they would have no problem purchasing this back from me when I wanted out. DO NOT PURCHASE AN AFTERMARKET DIAMOND SET WATCH FROM THESE GUYS. It then came to the time that this watch that I wanted turned up on they’re social media platform at an increased premium and they understood I could not dispose of this watch(diamond set watch) anywhere else and took advantage both on the PX price and the purchase price of the watch I had seen on the social media platform(£1000 more than any other grey market dealer) They understood that I wanted out of this aftermarket diamond set Rolex and that I had no where else to go therefore resulting in me purchasing the watch at a higher premium than current market value and creating a huge loss on the part exchange price so really they doubled up (good business ay) great for profits but what a terrible way to deal with a customer that has purchased watches in the past and also referred clients they’re way. Been nothing but patient with these guys and after sending an email to complain I have not heard nothing at all resulting in me ultimately having to write this review. If they dealt with this in a fair way taking into account all of the lies and fabrications made up along the way and resolved this privately I would not be here writing this but no…they decided to ultimately ignore any feedback. Guess the moral of the story is DO NOT BUY AN AFTERMARKET SET WATCH as they will ultimately play this into they’re favour and not want it back. All the best guys hope you can take this feedback on.

Bought a blue skydweller part ex very trustworthy 10/10 customer service best jewellery shop!

I bought my first watch about 18 months ago and went in yesterday to buy my second. The service and experience was great the first time but this time they’ve really levelled up. From the receipt envelope to the bag and even being congratulated by the owners on my purchase — you don’t feel like you’re at a second hand watch dealer. Lastly the security and how safe you feel is second to none. I won’t be buying watches from anywhere else.
