Very happy with the keto products and…

Very happy with the keto products and is so good to get different brands in one order!
The only thing I would suggest having is the Deliously Guilt Free chocolate if possible as it’s much nicer than other keto brands without that strong sugar substitute taste.

Lovely Keto selection

I ordered some singular items, which were great. I also ordered the keto box, that has a variety of different snacks. This was fantastic. A lovely mixture of sweet and savoury low carb options, including some granola. Will definitely be buying from here again

Good toasted Bread

My order was on time and well packed.
Bread is good toasted and freezes well. I ordered some biscuits and although nice were a little soggy and not crisp like I expect biscuits. The Adonis Keto bars are wonderful, so tasty I wish I had ordered more. I would recommend this company and the low carb bread.

First purchase from them

First purchase from them. The ordering process was simple with very prompt delivery.
Then there is the taste, wow. I have done keto before when I was young and fit. Now I'm older, very unfit and therefore very much bigger. I knew keto would work but I was really struggling with snacks as I do graze a lot. Everything I've tried so far has been amazing. Well done

Diagnosed with type3c…

I have been diagnosed with type3c diabetes following removal of 2/3 of my pancreas, and it was devastating to hear that I would lose all the carbs i used to have in my life, especially bread, pasta, rice etc. It was quite upsetting. Then I came across The Keteo Shop. Now I can have carbs again! The bread is lovely, whether toasted or as it is. The croissants are great and their bread rolls, just right for a filled roll for lunch. They will also come in handy for summer BBQ's! I am so glad I came across them. Its turned my life back around!
