Extremely slow delivery and inconsistent customer service
UPDATE -- I did finally get a refund, but it took over a month to receive it. I have added back 2 stars as a result.
I ordered a $169 product over a month ago and have not received it. I have sent multiple messages to customer service, which is always answered by a different person who gives me different information. They have a me a measely $10 refund for the delay -- but now even when I show them that the delivery transit notes stopped 10 days ago, which means it was lost, they still continue to give me the runaround for giving me a full refund. They also refuse to give me one single person to talk to and instead every reply on this extremely long message string is answered by a different CSR, which is infuriating.
Save your money. I have no idea how their products work, but they sent me nothing and I'm out $170.
