I use a 2015 15" MacBook Pro (Retina) for photography processing work. In the last year or so I have been unable to run the latest software from Capture One, Topaz and others and so I asked Infinite Loop if they could upgrade my device to enable me to continue using it. Infinite Loop upgraded my device by increasing the SSD to 500GB, formatting the volume to APFS, installing the latest compatible OS and replacing a broken internal speaker. They also reinstalled all my data and apps etc so that the device was ready to use when I collected it (which saved a lot of headache for me). I'd recommend Infinite Loop because they provide a brilliant service and at competitive costs.

My MacBook Pro overheated, and the screen went blank. I feared the worst, but after contacting Infinite Loop, they gave me confidence that the problem could be resolved.
The machine was returned repaired within 10 days, and at the quoted price.
Would highly recommend them for their no nonsense approach to servicing and repairs.

Good to be able to go somewhere in person and get great advice. Bought a reconditioned phone which was good value and the staff really know their stuff.

My 2010 iMac 27 decided not to start one morning - dead as a doornail. I suspected a failed power supply, and was relieved to find The Infinite Loop who reckoned they could get it running again. I took it in personally (from Coventry) to save time and paid for the Express service as I needed the machine and data quite urgently. They confirmed the fault, installed a new power supply, and found the hard disc was also hanging on my its fingernails - so I decided to replace this at the same time. The company also moved my data across onto the new drive, upgrading to an SSD in the process, and the Fusion drive still works fine. The machine is now faster and quieter. Great service and it bought me time to think out my eventual replacement in 6-12 months. Many thanks.

Used to live quite close to this company in Birmingham and have used them several times in the past to keep a couple of elderly macs running properly . Now live 5 hours away. However, with their free collection and return service have received just as good care as ever for the replacement of the failing battery in my MacBook Pro. Cost was exactly as quoted and I was kept informed of the progress of the repair throughout

I accidentally got water all over my mac keyboard and it started affecting my fan. Thankfully, I was able to reach inifiniteloop who fixed it for me in just two days!

Excellent service, would use again and recommend. After my MacBook Pro stopped working I took it to a local repair shop. After an inspection, they said they could repair it but didn’t know the cost and couldn’t give an indication. I found Infinite Loop from a Google search, they pretty much-guaranteed repair and cost estimations. The online profile made it easy to communicate and I would get a response back within minutes.

The MacBook was repaired and returned within a couple of weeks. Correspondence was excellent and they have even offered a warranty.

I was so impressed with Infinite Loops service recently. I owned an 11 year old Apple Mac Pro which had become very slow. On contacting Infinite Loop by phone, they undertook to collect my Mac by courier, give a thorough technical examination and an estimate of the cost of repair, all this at no charge. ultimately I decided to buy a refurbished model which was newer and immaculate and with a 6 month warranty

Infinite Loop took all the anxiety out of the repair of my Mac laptop by their wonderful skill and professionalism. I am relatively new to the West Midlands, so felt uncertain about what to do, and I was very anxious. I need not have worried! They collected (and returned) my Mac, accurately diagnosed the problems, and then put them right. My computer is working very well now - good and reliable - and when the time comes for me to buy another one, I will definitely use Infinite Loop. I am more than pleased and also very grateful. I walked in with my faulty phone not charging properly. They looked at the charging input. Cleared the debris using their specialist equipment and handed me back the phone good as new free of charge. Great friendly service. Highly recommend these guys.

Requested a quote for repair. Got phone call soon after explaining what needed to be done. How it would be done and how much it would cost. This gave me great confidence in the company (not every company I would be sending my expensive laptop to when I’ve. No idea if it’s a con etc. but speaking to them I felt comfortable and had belief these guys knew what to do and cared

I Took my 2011 Mac book pro into Infinite loop as after extensive Google search for trustworthy Mac specialist repair centre. I Needed a new optical drive and wanted to upgrade to an SSD hard drive. After speaking to Joe he promptly booked it in for diagnostic check and repair. The engineer found a fault on one of the speakers and recommended a full ultrasonic clean and new speaker to be fitted and informed me that he could also upgrade my operating system from OS 10.11.6 to OS 10.13.6 which I had previously been informed by other sources this was not possible. Infinite loop carried the work out within 4 working days keeping me informed on progress all the way and tested the entire machine and did a data transfer that works perfectly and now my Mac book is better than when I purchased it from new and takes off like a rocket from start up. Joe even gave my little lad a bag of sweets on collection which was a lovely touch and all done in a very professional manner. I honestly can't recommended these guys enough and wouldn't use anyone else in the future. Thanks again Joe for the great work. 10/10*

Had a great experience from these guys, my older iMac was not feeling it! They gave me prompt, friendly and efficient service, will certainly use again.

When I accidentally spilled coffee on my less than one year old MacBook Pro I thought it was gone forever! I took it to the nearest Apple store and their repair quote was so steep that it would have been easier (but expensive) to buy a replacement. Infinite Loop was recommended to me by a family member who said they could repair anything!!! And they did. Initially their quote was less than a third of Apple but when they repaired the motherboard it was then apparent that it needed a new screen. This took the price up considerably but it was still cheaper than Apple. They communicate with you every step of the way until your item is safely returned to you. I am very pleased to say that it is working perfectly again and there should be many more years of life in it .... and it will not be near liquid ever again! Good experience with these guys. Had a nightmare a few months ago where my water bottle leaked in my backpack and damaged not only my Macbook Air but my iPad Pro as well, and I genuinely thought they were done for. Came across Infinite Loop and they were able to sort the issue and were up front about the cost of repairs. It took about six weeks but that's down to a) not one but two items that needed repair, b) it was coming up to the busy Christmas season, and c) my iPad took a little bit longer as it turns out Apple do not like it when you replace the screen and stops you from using your Apple Pencil effectively with it - which I need for illustration work! So needed to send back off to reattach my original screen. Since having them both back for about two months I have encountered no issues and I'm able to resume my normal work flow. Thank you guys, you're lifesavers. Will definitely use again should anything happen (touch wood I won't need to, but glad to know they're there!).
