Persistent calls approaching the threshold of harassment

I initially expressed slight interest in the service and made it clear that I would follow up in my own time. Despite this, I received daily calls, often at times when I was unavailable. Members of my team who answered on my behalf were also pressed for further information, even after indicating that I was not available and not in a position to proceed. While I appreciate that sales efforts are part of the process, the persistent and overbearing nature of this approach was counterproductive. It not only diminished my interest in the service but also left me with a negative impression of the organisation overall.

Great customer service

If you ever need help sorting your energy contracts, get in touch with this place. Unlike the scam callers I get, they are knowledgeable and get you great rates with whoever you want to be with!

Would highly recommend for businesses

Excellent customer service! Got me a great price! Found an absolute gem if I’m honest. Didn’t use their Letter of Authority for anything sinister like some brokers do. I was cautious when they asked for my current rates but after I provided them, they smashed those rates out the park.
