Terrible Customer Service
I have been waiting for the parcel for over three weeks. Customer service is slow and unresponsive. When I enquired regarding shipping details, they told me to check with the courier myself.
Courier subsequently did not reply and I had no way of tracking my parcel, in which the House Outfit only started replying once I pinged them (over 3-4 times). Highly recommend reconsidering purchasing from them if you are thinking of international deliveries.

We're sorry that you had a negative experience regarding your order to Singapore and it took so long to arrive. Based on the information the courier gave us, the delays were a result of an issue with your delivery address/contact information and although we tried to help resolve this for you I'd like to apologise that it was not able to be resolved sooner.
When you contacted us to tell us that you had not received your order, our customer services team contacted the courier on your behalf in order to try and get your parcel delivered - we also recommended that you reach out to the courier yourself as they had tried to contact you and been unable to.
Your tracking information was sent out via email and also provided to yourself in the emails with our customer services team, I'm sorry if you weren't able to track the parcel via this means - as your order was shipped to Singapore there are a few different couriers included in the shipping process so the updates can be shown in different places.
I can see that we contacted the courier to clarify your address and contact telephone number twice over the last few days as we have been liaising with yourself as well and the latest update shows your parcel was delivered today. If this is not the case please feel free to let us know so we can help to get this resolved for you.
We would also like to apologise that you felt we were unresponsive in replying to you, our Customer Service hours are Monday - Friday and we have responded to the emails we've received from you within 1 working day.
Please accept our apologies again that there were issues with your order and the delivery, unfortunately any issues or delays with the courier are outside of our control and we tried to help resolve those problems for you but I understand your frustration at the amount of time it took for your parcel to arrive.
As we mentioned above the parcel now shows that it has been delivered but if you need any further help from us please don't hesitate to contact the team via email.

Ordered 3 frames and prints plus an…
Ordered 3 frames and prints plus an additional print. Total order came to £128.38. There was a discount on the frames at the time however this is obviously not down to items being faulty.
When they arrived there was an inch deep scratch on one of the Perspex of the frames. I emailed asking for either a replacement Perspex or a discount. They offered a pathetic £4.39 discount for the damaged frame because “it was discounted already.” Yes but not discounted due to it being a faulty item so the initial discount is irrelevant!
They agreed to send a replacement Perspex instead as I declined the offer however the lack of customer service means I won’t be ordering from them again. It has inconvenienced me as it has delayed the frames being put up and the room being finished.
First and last time using them.
ADDED ON SINCE REPLY -
You are not grasping the fact the initial 20% discount is irrelevant to the problem of the item arriving damaged and a £4.39 partial refund was inadequate. The discount code was for NEW / PERFECT items so why you keep referring to it I do not know! You just keep showing how unprofessional you really are.
As I stated on one of the first email a £10 reimbursement for the item would have been more satisfactory but you’ve chosen to be totally unprofessional which led me to want to return the full order! Even after the multiple email thread you’re still reiterating what caused the problem in the first place so you have clearly taken nothing on board at all!

Firstly we would like to apologise that you received an item within your order which had an imperfection, when you brought this to our attention we followed our faults/returns policy which is to offer a replacement where possible, or a partial discount if a customer wishes to keep the item. We advised in our initial email that we would be more than happy to provide the replacement perspex and you asked if a partial discount would be possible as you were wishing to hang the frames and the scratch may not have been visible.
We are sorry if there has been a misunderstanding around this policy as we did not offer you a 20% discount because your item was already discounted, where an item has an imperfection we can offer a discount/partial refund of up to 10% - on this occasion my colleague advised you that as your initial order had a 20% discount we could honour this discount again against the damaged frame if you would prefer.
As you explained you did not feel that was acceptable and would prefer to return the order for a refund we agreed to this. We tried to help resolve the issues with your order and I'm sorry we weren't able to do so to your satisfaction, we take your feedback on board and I can see that we have since liaised with yourself to organise a collection of your order to facilitate this. If there is anything further we can do please don't hesitate to contact us via email.

I’ve shopped with the house outfit for…
I’ve shopped with the house outfit for numerous prints and frames in a number of different rooms in my house now I just can’t stop they are simply stunning and love the frames to finish the prints perfectly, they look expensive and not all frames do. This Christmas I actually gifted 2 framed prints to my mother and father in law and they absolutely love them. I had a lot of confidence that they would be a huge hit as they really are just gorgeous and dress your walls so well. I will definitely be back for more when I can find space for them haha!

This retailer is mediocre at best
This retailer is mediocre at best. They take ages to dispatch anything (so ignore the 2-5 days delivery) and the image they sent me was pixelated and they said “that’s how it’s sold”. Whilst they did refund the dodgy print and promise to update their website pictures - which they still haven’t - I’m still awaiting the new frame I bought. The frames are good, however, when they do finally arrive. Not sure this is a 5* retailer however. Charging delivery when it takes so long to arrive is ridiculous. Clearly this is just a shop front.
Worth noting after a very stand offish conversation with Louise, she did refund the print and postage and provide a gesture of goodwill code. Albeit, again still awaiting delivery of a frame - which I’m guessing is actually coming from china.

Though we do appreciate that you have chosen to re-order from us, thank you.
We appreciate your feedback and following this my colleague Louise has passed on the points you gave about the website image. As you felt it did not appear the same as the image in real life once you received your print. Due to this busy time of year there have not been any image updates to our website as yet, but is in progress.
The image is designed with this appearance and we were made aware that you were not satisfied with this and we offered initially to provide an alternative print. We offered this and shipping of the replacement print free of charge. As you declined the replacement Louise has refunded the print due to your dissatisfaction and your shipping fee also. Though we would not usually do this when there is not a fault with the product, we offered this resolution as our customer satisfaction means a lot to us as a small business and we always try to go above and beyond to ensure customers have a product they are delighted with or a resolution.
We appreciate you pointing out that Louise did offer also a discount code as part of our customer care and that you have chosen to use this to order a frame since you were happy with that part of your order. I can see the frame from your 2nd order was delivered on the 5th working day after placing your order.
In regards to delivery timescales we usually state 2 to 5 working days from order to delivery. However the reason your initial order took slightly longer was due to the frame on your order being a 'Pre-order' item. We advised on our website on each item page that all 'pre-order' frames would be shipped in January when they were back in stock. The items were also labelled in the product name as 'Pre-order' frame. So I am sorry if there was any confusion or you had not noticed this. However we managed to have these all shipped out in December ahead of schedule after our delivery came early and despite the busy festive period our team exceeded expectations and had all 'pre-orders' shipped prior to Christmas.
Once again we do appreciate your repeat order and if you have anything further to discuss please contact our customer care team as we are always happy to assist.

I am sorry to hear that you have been unhappy with your experience ordering from us as this is not a scam and we have responded to your email.
I have checked the details of your order and can see that you ordered an item from us which is a 'pre-order' frame as these frames are currently out of stock and our delivery is due within the next week.
The name of the frame you ordered include that it is a pre-order, and the product description on the website page also explains that it is a pre-order item which will not be despatched immediately.
The delivery timescale of 2-5 working days is for the item once despatched however the name and product page and description of the website all reference that the frames are 'pre-order' and not due to be shipped until January.
I am sorry if you did not notice this information at the time of purchase and were expecting your order to arrive before.
I can see that you emailed us yesterday and received a response from our Customer Services team today.
Your order has been cancelled and a full refund provided so we are disappointed that you feel our response wasn't sufficient.

Excellent frames at a great price and superb customer service
Having searched for a while for gold A2 picture frames, I was delighted to discover The House Outfit had just what I needed at a great price. I needed to contact them about the order the next day and the customer service I received was excellent. My frames arrived very quickly, well packaged and I have been thrilled with them. They are top quality. I will not hesitate to order again in the future.

THO will always have my repeat business!
I’ve ordered from THO quite a few times now! Their frames and prints are beautiful, amazing quality and exactly what I’m looking for to dress my home. Customer services are always speedy to get in touch if ever an issue, I’ve only had one that was due to courier damage but this was rectified immediately and a replacement sent out. I also love the little handwritten “thank you” on the cards inside the boxes! Nice little added touch from this wonderful small business! All these things keep me coming back to this company and THO will always have my repeat business!

Picture and frame initially arrived damaged (all in one corner, looked like a courier drop) , I emailed customer services and they responded within an hour and sent a replacement which arrived the very next day. Excellent customer service, great product, thank you.

I recently ordered 2 prints and 2 frames from The House Outfit and needed to contact Customer Services with a query. Claire was an absolute star and responded to my query so quickly and worked to resolve things, ensuring my customer experience wasn’t compromised and I received the products I wanted - which are fab by the way!

Beautiful products and amazing customer service
I ordered 3 A1 frames and prints. Amazing and look exactly as advertised. The perspex for the frames were chipped by myself and I contacted The House Outfit. Within 24 hours, I already had replacement perspex sent out at no extra cost 😭. Beyond grateful for the amazing customer service because the products are expensive and it would have cost a lot to replace.
5/5 would recommend.

I ordered 3 large photo frames. 2 unfortunately came slightly damaged which would not have been the companies fault as it would have happened in transit. I emailed customer services and they responded within an hour or so offering a replacement or partial refund if we could fix ourselves. They also offered a future discount code. The frames were sent the following day and received the next. Cannot fault the brilliant service received. The frames are lovely and I cannot wait to get them put up. I'm looking forward to using this company again. Thank you
