Really impressed with the service from start to finish. Friendly, professional and clearly very knowledgeable about hot tubs. Everything was explained properly and what i need, the work was carried out to a high standard, and nothing felt like too much trouble even taking my fence panels out so they can get to the side of the tub

They are Approachable and genuinely takes pride in what they do. I’d definitely use The Hot Tub Team again for any servicing, repairs or maintenance and would happily recommend them to anyone with a hot tub.

Team were incredible, patient and even when they uncovered an issue that was not related to their services wanted to ensure they’d informed the correct people and I knew what to do next. Were very thorough in their inspection and wanted to make sure I was really happy with everything that had been received. Further they took time to explain the operation and it was absolutely evident they knew what they were talking about about! Great set of lads and an excellent service!!

Paul and Qasim arrived at my property just after 9am. They removed my old tub and placed and installed new tub in 2 hours.

Paul ran through the basics on running the hot tub and checked Bluetooth was working before leaving.

Very professional from start to finish.

Brilliant service from start to finish.weve been waiting so long for a hot tub, was rather nervous it wouldn’t fit through the gate etc. On arrival the team reassured us nothing was a problem or an obstacle.
Delivery- Kept me informed throughout with plenty off updates
Installation- Proffesional and friendly team.,made sure the hot tub eased through the gate. Discussed which way we wanted the seats facing & lift cover. We had a plug and play came with a long real of cable so made sure it would reach anywhere. Went through the instructions chemicals and operation. With some handy tips.
After care- Sent a WhatsApp quick guide again & followed up the next day. Will be purchasing my chemicals &booking my services with this team. EXCELLENT 5 stars
