I order 2 items the IEM Aful 8s and DAC Moon Dawn pro. The delivery quite fast. I live in Amsterdam and I recieve my package with in 10 days. The quality of products match with my expectation.

The Hifi cat is a wonderful company. I've bought several things off them with no problems. Good pricing, fast shipping, and good communication. Plus they have an expansive inventory.

The product was new (always a good sign), and while the shipping got stuck at one point, the package started moving again after I contacted support. Not their fault the shipping company forgot about it. With all those being said, I can easily recommend the shop :)

Quicker delivery would have been great, but all in all there's nothing to complain about.

Still waiting for it to show up. I was told it was shipped april 21 but I can see that it wasn't.a week l later I received i tracking number which says as of today may 2 its still in its original city. Really wish I could have ordered this off Amazon or someone who jas reliable shipping especially if your going to charge me $11 to ship it the least you could do is have it show up the same month I order it

They were quick to respond to emails and have good customer service. I'll be a returning customer.

Initially the customer service was awful (They ignored me for about a week and then responded on a Saturday, xD).

They got better once they actually contacted me, they were quite responsive and actually wanted to help with my parcel being delivered and then offered me Express shipping over the regular options to ensure the safety of my parcel (though the boxes of the items inside the package ended up being dented either way, the products seem to work fine).

But yeah... make sure you check the shipping policies of their site. India for example has severe problems with getting the orders through customs whereas I had 0 issues at all.

I bought a SHANLING UA Mini USB DAC AMP. Overall, I'm happy with it; it plays well, but after a month, a problem arose. The 3.5mm jack input isn't connecting well, requiring a bit of twisting. I replaced the cable with a better one, but the problem persisted. Sometimes it plays well, and sometimes one channel disappears.

Fraud site, stay away. Here's a breakdown of what transpired, so that you learn from my experience -

- April 1, 2026: Order placed for Tripowin Amber cables and Tangzu Waner SG 2 earphones (with mic)
- April 17, 2026: I followed up as the order remained "waiting to be processed" after 18 days.
- April 18, 2026: Received a response notifying me of a manufacturer component shortage and stating that the order will be shipped by next week.
- April 20, 2026: I respond and asked for a specific dispatch date.
- April 24, 2026: Having received no commitment or shipping confirmation, I requested a full refund and cancellation of the order.

I am still waiting for formal confirmation that my refund has been processed to my original payment method.

Ordered headphone cable here. Creating shipment and actually sending me a package is smth to work on but overall I have a great experience

Fast shipping to India. Amazing customer support. They have nice IEM listings which I could not find in other sites... I had payment issues in most of the Chinese sites but transaction in this site was hassle free... I had bought 6 items and never had issues even once... Highly recommended..
