I hate leaving reviews like this, however I have no choice. I can not comment on the products because I still haven’t received them and trying to contact them is non existent. Customer service? What customer service?
I ordered a pair of sunglasses and a tracksuit 21/09/2020. Money taken from my account, I’ve messaged asking if and when the order was coming on multiple occasions and still nothing. I’ve messaged them on Instagram and I’m giving them 24 hours to respond. If not I’m going to be taking this further, by the looks of the some of the reviews on here and the only review on your Facebook page it’s all about customer service and having no response. Bad buisness TheHellaShop, you have some beautiful stock that I would have loved to have had a chance to purchase at a later date. If you are unable to fulfil the order in the time frame suggested a simple e-mail of acknowledgement would go a long way. If the items had sold out you could have offered an alternative or a refund, I’m finding it hard to understand why this is so difficult.

Do not shop here. My order was accepted, money was taken from my account however no items were ever received. I have tried to contact them via their website, Instagram and twitter and have been ignored on all accounts. Seems to be a scam.

My order has arrived earlier this morning and unfortunately 1 pair of sunglasses were damaged. I emailed them and received a quick response back saying that a replacement was already on its way and that I would have to return the faulty ones in a pre-paid envelope when receiving. I thought that this was handled very quickly and professionally and because of this would definitely recommend.

Read a few bad reviews about this place but saw some celebrities promoting them so thought I’d place an order and to my surprise it was with me in less than 3 days and I’m amazed at the quality of my items for the price I paid. I didn’t have any problems with my order so I’ll definitely be ordering again on payday

Superb service. Order arrived next day!

Ordered 2 items in July, was told 5/7 days for delivery but thought with the pandemic it would be longer. Didn’t think that in September I would still not have my order!! I’ve emailed customer support many times, messaged their Instagram page and was told it would be sorted, still nothing!! I’ve commented on their posts to get an Answer but still nothing. As long as they have their celebrities they don’t care about paying customers. It’s embarrassing and shocking how they can’t even handle an order. Can’t even get an answer to find out what is going on.

Amazing service.

Placed an order on Sunday evening which has just arrived and I am OBSESSED with my new coat! The (faux) fur lining in it is such brilliant quality, it’s so comfortable and for the price I paid such a bargain.

I ordered the Parisian Inspired PVC Bag on Friday afternoon and it’s just been delivered?! I ordered it less than 24 hours ago and it’s already arrived! The quality is amazing also - thanks guys :)

My order arrived 2 days earlier than expected. Very happy with my items so I will be ordering again soon.

I’ve already wrote a review in the previous months about my experience but I just thought it’d be worth writing another due to amount of big influencers I see promoting this brand. If you order from here be prepared if something does go wrong you will not get response from the company at all I managed to get one reply on Instagram asking for my details and once I sent that I got no responses after. If you have also experienced this query it with your bank and you may get ur well wasted money back

Shipping was faster than the stated time frame and the quality of my items is amazing. I will be ordering from here again soon :)

My bags finally arrived after a few month, after the lovely holly helped me get it sorted honestly she was so helpful and kind making sure I had got them giving me the tracking number.The bags where lush when they arrived love them, will be ordering again

I never received a tracking number or email. Literally nothing. I nearly forgot about my order of £50. I contacted them and I got no reply and after sending that email with proof that money had been taken from my bank account, I had again nearly forgotten about my order and complaint. I sent another email again and they jus replied saying it must of got lost in the post but my point is that I had no tracking information at all. I eventually got my order about 3 weeks after that email and both my items didn’t even come together and still had no tracking information

This site is SCAM!!! Been 3 weeks and have not received my purchase. They haven’t had decency to answer any of my emails or messages on Instagram or Facebook

the woman who I spoke to on Instagram is so lovely, so really helpful. Really good quality bags as well can’t wait to receive my other ones x

Really good customer service!

Ordered a top from here and they had sent out the wrong size so I emailed them about it. They responded within 20 minutes (!) and got a replacement sent out that I got the next day.

Brilliant customer Sevice!

I placed an order and accidentally put the incorrect postcode in so contacted customer service to change it before the order was dispatched and they replied to me within the same hour stating it had been changed for me.

I thought that the extremely quick response was very professional and will definitely be ordering from here again soon - love my bits!
