The Hella Shop Arvostelua 

Had an absolutely awful experience here that was swiftly turned around by the lovely Louise. Order didn’t arrive for a whole month, read a few reviews and thought this place was a scam because of all the celebs they have promoting for them. But then Louise got in touch and told me what had happened with my parcel (Royal Mail had returned it to them and I didn’t know), organised a reshipment, gave me a partial refund and even gave me a £20 gift voucher to use online. Although my initial experience here was not good (or their fault) I would happily shop here again because of how my situation was dealt with. Louise, you are a credit to the team!!!

Great customer service. My order didn’t arrive so they sent a whole new one (it was quite a big order) and even gave me a £20 gift card. Very happy customer will definitely be shopping here again.

Best footwear ever! Ordered some boots on here and I’m obsessed with everything, from the quality to shipping time everything was just so perfect. I’ve told all my friends to buy from here I love it so much now 💗

Ordered some glasses and they have arrived broken :(

Spoke to a lovely girl called Louise who helped me to return my order. Very easy returns process and my problem was dealt with efficiently.

My order hadn’t been delivered in 2 weeks (I allowed extra time due to covid) and I got very worried as I hadn’t heard anything from them and my tracking wasn’t working. I emailed them and somebody got back to me within a few minutes telling me that my order had been lost (which is why the tracking wasn’t working) and that they had a replacement on the way for me. My order has since arrived and I like all of my items so will definitely be ordering again!

Absolutely disgusted by the fact that this company has blocked me on Instagram so I cannot follow up on getting my refund! Really disappointed how unhelpful they were. They asked me to delete my first bad review.. since April I haven’t gotten my correct items or money back. DO NOT BUY FROM!

Place an order over 2months ago still not received. Sent numerous emails to non have he replied too . Wouldn’t recommend and won’t be purchasing again

SCAM ARTISTS - donate to a charity instead of purchasing from here, at least then your money is going to a good cause rather than someone’s back pocket! Disgusting service, totally blank you after taking your money, no order shipped out, do not respond to any contact. Gutted to say the least!

Order at your own risk - they do not fulfil orders and clearly don’t have a customer service team as I haven’t had a response in 3 weeks and comments on social media constantly being deleted.

Awful experience turned into a great one!

My order hadn’t arrived when it was supposed to and I was very worried after reading a couple of reviews on here as I hadn’t been responded to by email or Instagram. I persistently messaged the page when I finally received a response telling me they were busier than ever at the moment and apologised that my issue hadn’t been dealt with sooner. I was then given a tracking code which told me my parcel had been sent back to Royal Mail as I wasn’t home to sign for the parcel so it wasn’t even their fault! The person I spoke to was also very nice and couldn’t have done more for me so I would definitely recommend Hella shop

One star is too generous.
After ordering on JULY 6TH, still to this day i have not received my order.
i have sent them countless emails and messages on Instagram.
i received a message on there Instagram page on the 27th of July in which they said they would issue a partial refund, gift voucher of £10.00 and will get my order sent out to me the next day!
they have now blocked me on Instagram so they clearly are not intending to resolve this situation.

i am shocked and disgusted that a company can get away with this seeing as they have so many bad reviews.

Someone needs to get back to me or i will be going to trading standards.

Very happy customer. My joggers fitted lovely and are so comfy. Also arrived next day which I was very happy about.

Excellent service. Checked my tracking as order hadn’t been delivered which said it had been. I was extremely frustrated as I thought my order had been lost or stolen but then I spoke to Louise who got this sorted for me as a matter of great urgency and my parcel was luckily found behind my garage. I would shop here again because of the urgency that was created to solve my order.

Unbelievable items. Ordered the ‘Monaco Wine Sunglasses’ and the quality is something else! Especially for only £20. This was my first time shopping here and I had no problems so would definitely recommend and will definitely be shopping here again soon.

Seen a few bad reviews about this place which I have to disagree with. I’ve ordered from here since they collaborated with Chloe Brockett on a collection last year multiple times and my experience has always been smooth sailing with nothing to fault. I would personally recommend this website from the positive experiences I have had with them.

Placed my order on 23rd July. They took my money and I have heard nothing since.....no information regarding dispatch/shipping. I have emailed them twice and no response. DO NOT buy from this company!!!!

Do not use this company they are a scam! I haven't received any of my order nor have I received a reply to any of my numerous emails. Do not waste your money as you will lose it. Don't make the same mistake I did. I'm absolutely gutted
