Expected the PCR kit to arrive the next…
Expected the PCR kit to arrive the next day. No way, it took two days to arrive whilst the test should be taken the 2nd day! So that's out of the window.
No pick-up at Post office on Sundays, so kit wasn't sent out for delivery until Monday. On Tuesday received e-mail that they had received the PCR kit, mentioning that it could take 1-2 days before I would hear anything.
Finally got my result on Wednesday evening around 11 p.m.
I've been home almost a week after travelling back but who cares?
On a positive note I was kept in the loop what was happening.
I'll use them again.

I have taken a look into the delivery situation as i can see you requested this to be delivered on the Saturday, I can see that our dispatch team did get this out on the correct day and requested Saturday delivery with DPD, however it seems after looking at your tracking that DPD tried to deliver on the Saturday but the courier couldn't find your address and therefor this was delivered the next day. I do apologise for this.
I can see you posted your sample on sunday, and as royal mail dont collect on sundays this was collected on the monday and delivered to us tuesday morning, our systoms say you received your results Tuesday evening so i will need to take a further look into you not receiving results until wednesday night to prevent this happening in the future.

I question the reliability of the test
Results took a lot longer than expected. I had to contact customer service to get them. But more importantly we got some very surprising results. My husband has one long know food intolerance, diagnosed by doctors that was not detected by the test. There is one type of food we were suspecting that was detected as causing trouble. But then a bunch of other food were detected as red food when my husband consumed them often and never noticed any linked symptom. So I question the reliability of the test. Right now feels like a big bunch of money thrown at the window.

Thanks for leaving a review! These allergy and intolerance tests can be difficult to understand, there's many reasons as to why this test hasn't picked up what you and your husband are looking for, not knowing what your husband has had diagnosed makes it difficult to give an in depth response.
Allergy and Intolerance won’t detect lactose or coeliac (different antibodies are tested for coeliac and lactose doesn’t involve antibodies). If it’s an IgE allergy and your husband has eliminated the item for a very long period of time you may not get a detectable level of allergen-specific IgE.

What a scam! UPDATED FEB 06
I thought I have only purchesed the Covid test to access in Uk. After one month it came out I bought this program but I wasn't aware. I tried to stop it but the password did not let me in, so I changed it but never received the link to change the bloody password. Very unsatisfied.

I just found out I have been charged again despite Mrs JADE wrote under my review the service was cancelled.Well, it wasn't. I am about to proceed by legal means through my attorney to stop this scam from the Health Hub. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Terrible service
Terrible service - if I could give them a zero I would.
I booked a preflight PCR test which the lab did not receive. Called them and was advised either I could drive to Northampton or use the internet to find an emergency PCR test clinic in my area. Initially said they could not refund me - as it wasn’t their fault it was their chosen courier.
Asked to speak to someone regarding this and was advised there was no one but could email Jade, the customer care manager.
No assistance offered, they messed up my order and left me stranded to find very expensive same day testing. Refused to consider covering the cost of same day testing that I am now landed with. Terrible service.

So sorry I couldn't take your call on Friday afternoon, I have taken a look into this and am so sorry for the delay royal mail has caused. I can confirm your sample has been received today and results should be with you tomorrow, i know they are of no use now but I would like to assure you we have processed a full refund and hopefully you were able to get a new test in time. I would like to apologise for the experience you have had with us, this isn't our intent at all. We understand how important these covid tests are and how isolation can affect your lives.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience, got our certificates with wrong arrival date in the UK on it, ask for rectification, then they sent a certificate of another person, but the worst is the wrong date of the swab reception by 6 days that extended by 6 days obviously our isolation 10 days requirements as we unfortunately caught Covid during our trip!! I don't want to comment that we posted our samples in a priority box on the 31st and got our results only on the 5th, probably due to Royal Mail collapsing over New Year. Very poor!

I apologise that you feel this way however, I have had a further look into this and it appears that you selected your arrival date and departure date as the 2nd January when placing your order and this is why your certificates read this.
Once an order has been placed and the customer has filled out these details we do not amend or change these details unless the customer has requested so and with a valid reason.
In terms of your results taking a while this is due to some delays over the Christmas period with royal mail which is out of our control unfortunately. We did make our christmas times clear on our website. When your sample did get to our lab on the morning of the 5th, we sent out the results that afternoon at 5:35pm.
We deeply apologise for the mistakes we made trying to get updated certificates to you.
