You wanted the day 2 lateral flow tests delivered on the 1st of December, however government rules had changed which meant that it would have been illegal for us to A. send this test out to you on that day, and B. for you to take that test. We did email you on the 30/11 to let you know of the rules changing and with a coupon code for you to purchase our day 2 PCR test for the original price minus the amount you spent on the lateral flow test due to these tests being non refundable.

Didn’t test my sample but you don’t know why
Didn’t test my sample. Called you and you don’t know why. Didn’t send my pre departure kit out either and of course you don’t tell me.
Yet yo took the money. I cannot go out due to your incompetence and I haven’t seen my family for 2 years.
I will advise as many people as possible of my factually correct experience.
You also fail to mention in your reply below you double charged me again.
You incorrectly credited me the first time and only after I complained.
I chased you multiple times as you didn’t respond.
Apology not accepted.
I suggest anyone not to use health hub under any circumstances

After looking into this it seems that we did in fact tell you the reasoning for you not receiving results, nothing showed on our system however after we investigated with our lab they let us know that there was not enough liquid to take an accurate test. We are happy to ask our lab to contact you regarding this information if it will help. We offered you a free replacement which you declined, and as a good will gesture we refunded you.
I do apologise for the pre departure not being sent out and will discuss this with our dispatch team to ensure mistakes like this don't happen again.

doesnt make sense !
I ordered my PCR day 2 test to do on arrival. Arrived firday night late in UK , Did test Saterday early morning and did it in the mailbox as instructed . Now Tuesday end of day still no result , logged in to see status and it now states "not received by lab , post can take up to two weeks" As government instruction is to quarantine till results I am now already in day 4 and based on this message about two weeks period this would mean potentially another week and half to go . This timing should be clear when you buy the test , this is very misleading . Done test before and always where pretty much on time ( within days ) . This is now the last time i buy with Health Hub

I have taken a look into your order and checked your return tracking ST703704538GB, i can see that royal mail didnt collect your sample until monday and it has been delivered to us this morning, you should expect results either this evening or tomorrow morning.
We do state on our website that "A free Royal Mail Tracked 24 returns label is included with every covid-19 kit to return your sample to our laboratory. You must return your sample using a Royal Mail priority post box. Please check the postbox collection time to avoid delays. The tracked 24 service is intended for next day delivery but this is not guaranteed by Royal Mail. This can take 1-2 working days. Please take note of your tracking number to check on the delivery status of your returned sample.
Please note, we cannot be held responsible for delays out of our control or lost samples.
Due to current delays we recommend using this service only if returning Monday-Friday."

Paulina answered my call to Healthhub and was very patient with me and diligent and as soon as we had finished our conversation the email with my test results arrived (thankfully negative).

Paulina did a great job helping us…
Paulina did a great job helping us today. We didn't realize that the day 2 PCR tests were automatically registered at the point of purchase. Also we only received 1 pre-departure PCR test (but had ordered and paid for 2) Paulina checked this and has another one on it's way to us. We are very happy with the help received today :-)

Great customer service
I ended up having trouble with my camera so I wasn't able to submit my test result. Had to contact the customer service which were very helpful. Never came across customer service that responds so quickly and is so happy to help! Good experience and the lady I've spoken to, Paulina, was a great help. Will use the service again.

I needed to change my PCR delivery…
I needed to change my PCR delivery address and wrote a message on live chat & also an email. Within minutes Laura & Paulina sorted my problem & sent me confirmation that my order would be redirected. I was extremely impressed by the promptness and politeness of both of them.
