Great to actually be able to play guitars. Team had so much knowledge and technical skills, were great with advice and has some really nice guitars

really nice people who were very polite especially to an old, you know what, like me. The place is a bit out of town but I will recommend the place to any of the many musicians that I regularly come across

Great shop staff really know their stuff and the range of stock is immense.
Thoroughly recommended

Staff were so friendly and communication was great

Really great service, staff are always so friendly and happy to help. Recently picked up a Longhorn and had support and advice throughout the whole thing. Best Guitar shop locally and they always have exciting and plentiful stock of everything!

Friendly, helpful and really knowledgeable staff. Always happy to advise my son on how to maintain and care for his guitar. Excellent service

Very knowledgeable and helpful team. Came in with one of my guitars which had electrical problems. Assessed and fixed the issue in store.

Separately had a guitar setup, came back perfect. Timeline was quick, guitar was ready a couple of days after I took it in.

Great service and would highly recommend.

Great experience
Guys so helpful and enjoy letting you try multiple guitars no rushing
100% recommend shop

Quick and professional service. Knowledgeable staff.

Wrong item sent but very quick to re send correct item.

Great store. Fantastic range of guitars and very knowledgeable staff.

Very helpful staff that are happy to spend the time with you if there is something you don't quite understand or not quite sure of.

I took in my late dad's guitar that was in drastic need of help!! The guys in the shop were fantastic explaining the options I had on repair & the fact they would try to keep it as original as they could. A few phone calls for updates & I was able to collect it! Wow!! I hadn't heard it played for over 55years & yes I made an idiot of myself shedding tears listening to it be played. Thank you guys do much.

Joe was tremendously helpful. I’m in the US and wanted to buy a guitar that is pretty much only available in the UK. He worked with me on pricing and shipping and made the deal possible. Then shipped very quickly with great packing. My Faith Naked Parlour arrived in perfect shape and the little git is a beauty.

I’d had a guitar set up elsewhere before and it was worse after the set up. On this occasion at Guitar Tech the guitar came back better than new. I will only use them in future. Too cheap Imo. Still can’t believe how good it is.

Great service, very helpful, friendly and professional.

Got great advice from Joe regarding some new pickups to be put in my Telecaster and they sounded fantastic. Plus also general information about other guitar products. We'll definitely be back.

So nice to have a physical shop local to me. The guys in the shop are friendly and knowledgeable. They have decent stock levels on all the consumables but also a great selection of guitars, amp, pedals and pickup's.
