Great customer service

Thank you to this company for the support in listing my home when in need of a house sitter at quite short notice. The team are responsive and willing to help and share their knowledge around sustainable travel whilst caring for homes and pets.

Very happy to be part of the Guardian Tribe!

After many years with a pet/home sitting site and getting disillusioned I found the Guardian Tribe and what a refreshing change! We have already booked a sit through them and found human help with a few questions answered practically instantly. The insurance is a game changer and an industry first for the type of cover available which gives more security.
Fantastic pricing structure, and a community led ethos. A welcome change from the existing sites using home owners and sitters as cash cows with little help and support.
