Helpful, quick delivery good value

This BBQ is the GOAT of all BBQ's well made great edition to our garden, we cannot wait to use it! The external delivery company was phenomenal when they called to say they were here we were not at home, the delivery guy said he would wrap it up (as it was raining) and when we came home it was well wrapped and protected from the rain. My only issue was the blue plastic the stainless steel shelves were wrapped in, was a nightmare to take off and took longer than putting the whole BBQ together. (BBQ is so easy to put together great instructions.

Already a valued customer. I use the Grill Store often. Dave is always so helpful & efficient in sending out my parcels in super quick time. My cover arrived in a few days. Thank you.

Great product fast delivery the potato cooker was just what I wanted,I would definitely recommend this company.

Very quick service and delivery, packaging was a bit over the top for the size of the product!

Very easy to order, and was delivered earlier than expected. And it was packaged perfectly.

Amazing service. Always friendly and great advice.
Have bought all my KJ accessories from the grill store , always arrive next day, and never been let down.
Highly recommended.

After difficulties with postage, the Grill Store team came through in spades. Having communicated clearly throughout I was happy to wait. Increasingly rare good customer service.

Q.
‘How did we do?’
A.
You did good

Cleaning products spilt due to a lid which had come off in delivery. This had spilt all over the other products. Messaged the customer service email but no response. Disappointing

Very friendly and helpful staff, order was shipped and received in no time. Would highly recommend this company. Very pleased with my product thank you

Excellent company, kept well informed of progress.

Order quickly packed and shipped, and a great price to boot

Very good communication, highly competitive price and quick delivery.

Really prompt and at a fair price. Contacted me direct to get my Welsh address correct as the postal system disn't recognise it! Would recommend.

Great experience with helpful advice and tips looking for to my return

Super fast delivery and product well wrapped highly recommend

My first order with this company and initial impression was not good.
The order had not arrived and my email equiries were not being answered.
After a week I and on my third attempt of phoning I got through to someone, and from that point onwards the experience massively improved. The original order had gone missing with royal mail, but a replacement was dispatched the following day, and arrived next working day.
So my overall experience was good, and once contact was made via phone call, I was updated quickly via email and received my replacement order within 2 days.
If my initial emails had been replied to, then this would have been a 5 star review.
I would buy from again, but would suggest that something needs doing to improve response/monitoring of email enquires.
