I had a problem where my order didn’t arrive so I contacted the customer service team and they responded quick and helped me out within an hour of contacting them. I honestly debated giving them 4 stars just because when I looked at the reviews, the all 5 star reviews made me suspicious that they might be too good to be true. With that in mind I ordered a tester product to see what came. I'm now happy to say they are completely legit.

I messed up payment when ordering, and in a bit of a panic I messaged them late on a Saturday night. Someone had got back to me within an hour or 2 to say they could see my payment and confirmed everything was fine. Got the parcel on Tuesday Morning and everything was great. They even chucked in a taster of one of their other products which was lovely of them and much appreciated.

All in all, yes, I'd recommend them. Great stuff
