Shipment to Hawaii was abit strange

Shipment to Hawaii was abit strange. Website said free ship. So, package was sent to California via UPS then UPS dropped off to Post Office then sent snail mail. Shipping will take about a month. Still havent gotten products. Firm needs to work on being efficient and dependable.

Kept their promise!

I ordered shirts for my golf team. I needed them in one week, and was told that they would do everything they could to get them to me in time. They came through and I received the shirts on time. The quality was outstanding too! I will definitely use them again.

When a bill is sent or money has been accepted via credit card, the items should not take over a month to get in. Promo gear should be honored, as this is a huge reason that contracts were issued. At one time, promo was never a problem. Now it seems that it takes forever to get promo items in.
